  1. Whoops! At least you are unhurt! Brian.
  2. I had the front drops on my WRX removed when I got them. They had been fitted by Pentagon Glasgow (by the dealer from new - even though illegal) and I had them removed (and replaced with clear anti-smash film) by Pentagon Stirling. Was a few years ago so can't remember how much - but maybe around £150, including the new film but that was 7 years ago! Brian
  3. Lol - it's unbelievably dirty! It has about 6 tonnes of Saxa Table Salt on the outside of it and looks more like Matte Red!
  4. I'd just fit them yourself - you should need no more than a philips screwdriver once the door card is off. Brian
  5. Lol - don't diss the hatch - so obviously the best Impreza model yet. Brian :-)
  6. Yes - 'tis - and he's trying hard to resist the Scooby-Hatch urge...a man of fine taste Brian.
  7. Yeah - he certainly did an RB320 recently Brian.
  8. Just need to break out the 2 buckets for washing now Brian.
  9. JKPDetail - based in West Lothian but will travel all over. Done my car last weekend. Very reasonable and many times Scoob and Evo owner. JKPDetail Brian
  10. Excellent - very good reference guide for everyone. Thanks to you (and Paul for the original write up). Now saved for posterity Now let's see everyone throw out those sponges and buy a second bucket! Brian
  11. Hypertech in Bonnyridge or Ian Grieve in Falkirk - closer probably that AWD. Or Extreme Motorsport in Whitburn. Brian
  12. Well done Glyn for keeping going with this.
  13. Believe it may be
  14. Oh yes... My Autosol Metal Polish, Verry Berry Wheel Cleaner (with bottle and pump) arrived today. Just waiting for the bits and bobs I've ordered to start on my transit waxed engine bay I think folk thought I was crazy when rinsing my car down last night in the snow but can't have it too dirty... Brian.
  15. Where is that? Seems a bit pricey. Brian.
  16. Pretty sure they are different ratings etc...
  17. Nice spec for a "nearly standard" car
  18. Prodrive springs were good when I had them on my 03 and just about to get them fitted on the hatch when they are in stock. Brian
  19. Looking good Brian.
  20. Detango looks great. I'd like to change the indicator bulbs in the hatch light to silver ones but it's a beast of a job getting the lights out etc... Brian
  21. Top of the page - "scoobypedia"
  22. Hi Paul, Not 100% sure what pads John used but eventually gave up on the Rotary and done the work with the DA, slower but less of a problem after trying lots of combinations of pads etc. There is a thread on www.detailingworld.co.uk with similar issues - black 330S although another with a white car had fewer issues. Brian
  23. Not sure it's a good idea from past reading and forum experience as it can cause a range of problems such as bore wash etc and other things I don't understand. I think also people get fed up with the sound of a bus stopping pretty quickly...I got a decent amount of extra noise from upgrading my recirc to a Forge recirc on my classic. I am sure someone will come along shortly and explain... B.
  24. Nice to see he merged effectively into the flow of traffic as per the highway code Brian
