  1. C'mon - there must be more ugly mugs than just the two of us!
  2. Been done a few times but let's get it up to date
  3. Hi all, After loads of people at Hypertech last night and, even for an old timer like me, loads of folk don't know me and I don't know most people even if I spoke to you SO Post up a picture of yourself and a picture of your car and we might have half an idea of who people are. Me: First Impreza: Second Impreza: Current Impreza (Pre Prodrive Spring Kit): Brian
  4. Changed that pic so it should not appear?! Brian.
  5. Once again, huge thanks for the excellent service of Charlie and the team at Ian Grieve Subaru in Falkirk. The car was in for a few days for a "few bits" and all were fitted without any fuss as ever. Unfortunately I have had to hand back the car which must surely give the Impreza Cosworth a run for it's money - the 1.5R Impreza which makes the performance of my car seem like it has broken down on the road Seriously, here's some pics of some bits: Double Height Centre Console Box Subaru Rear Parking Sensors including organising painting at Burgoynes Bodyshop Prodrive Spring Kit including a full 4 wheels alignment at ProGrip (7 problems with alignment before fixing highlighted on Progrip settings sheet) BEFORE: AFTER: Prodrive Performance Pack Car drives well, handles well and sounds better too. Well worth the effort. Also had the STI Quickshift fitted on the car too and due to get the Interior Dimming Mirror done when one backorder part comes in. As ever, everything done as requested, with no hassles, and with SIDC member discount Big thanks to Charlie and the team. It's good to see a genuine dealership working hard for their customers and doing the best job they can. Recommended. Brian
  6. Never scrimp on tyres - it's your only contact with the tarmac and, if you are heading the wrong way fast, you'll wish you'd spent the money! Save the money somewhere else I reckon. Brian
  7. Those wheels on the saxo could be saved - to hit the idiot over the head with! Brian
  8. Could it be the Crispy Duck who's on here?
  9. Yeah - attached to your car!
  10. Thanks - ordered you one too...
  11. I'd go Prodrive, even with the slightly higher ride height. They are good, reliable, and designed for the car. Brian
  12. Who'll be the first SIDC hatch owner to fit this then? Tasty Brian
  13. He could do a meet somewhere like SHowcase, Coatbridge I'd imagine
  14. No idea, Seen it quite a few times over the years. Brian
  15. West Lothian - the rep through here is good. Just thinking he could attend a meet and sell some gear Brian.
  16. Mmmm...where about/what area? Brian
  17. Get a 500ml or 1 litre Tardis from eBay - you'll never need 5 litres unless doing a LOT of cars... Brian
  18. I think the Prodrive/Subaru association is at an end pretty much.. Eventually I think we'll buy a CPP - Cosworth Performance Pack or a Subaru one... In saying that all my Prodrive bits are ordered and due for delivery on Wednesday to the dealer... Brian
  19. Use methylated spirit or turps/white spirit if it's that greasy - it will strip any grease or wax. BUT keep it away from your paint or plastics. Brian
  20. Sad Day Melly. Total waste of time. Make sure you post this info on the thread on Scoobynet... The right car is out there - will be worth the wait. Brian
  21. It's looking good
  22. Since the moderator "blip" last week I only have a 500k upload space...
  23. Welcome. I've just spent 8 days on a professional Photoshop course so that only took me 5 minutes Brian.
  24. How about this one: Brian
