  3. Gogs, have you picked up that exhaust from my place yet? Can't get a hold of the wife but you need to be reminded that.................. AS OF THURSDAY, WE NO LONGER OWN THE HOUSE THAT IT IS STORED IN! If you can pick it up by then, I would appreciate it. Cheers M8! Russell
  4. Craig - I'm in! Sending you a PM shortly with an order. I'll more than likely pay up by Paypal as I am "a little too far to drop off the cash"! Russell
  5. You can adjust the bite-point position by turning the bracket on the threaded shaft running from the pedal into the master cylinder. Bit of a pain to get to as you need to get your head into the footwell, but you can remove the circlip and take out the sliding pin that connects the pedal to the clutch shaft, then you can either turn the bracket on the shaft, or hold the bracket still and turn the shaft, which ever one is easiest. Russell
  6. Sounds like it might be a linkage issue but that generally means that 5th is difficut as well! If the biting point is high you might need to adjust it so it bites lower - that is only if the clutch is not worn! Russell
  7. HA! HA! - Natalie put the foot down after your last purchase[] Russell
  8. Ross - so long as they are a 12 X 1.25 thread with a 48 (AFAIK) chamfer, you'll be fine as the locking nuts ARE NOT supposed to be torqued up to the same level as the standard nuts. Russell
  9. Nice peice of kit Chris! Russell
  10. EH? - if that was the case.............why have I been running them on my STi6 RA round Aberdeen for the past year? I know of 2 P1's that run them as well..............1 is still up here! Russell ps - Cal - you just can't help yourself[] looks good though. I knew you could not resist after the last comment you made about mine when I came round!
  11. Neil - I am not surprised...................they pay even less than Scientific Steve's company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Russell[A]
  12. OK M8 - I wasn't sure as the supplier, who should have had them ready months ago when you asked for them, kept letting me down at the last minute so I pulled out of it. I was going to pay for 10 sets! Russell
  13. 1 - Interested in splitting the finders fee if I change job categories?[] 2 - Thanks for asking M8. Nothing yet but the Midwife says probably 16-17 days ...................................1 week B4 I get home[:'(] AARGH! Russell ps - she says the baby should be 36cm long at this point in time................but it is 40cm - BIG BOY! (just like his daddy[6])
  14. Good man JC! ps - daft question but I have got a spare set of those Carbon mirrors you wanted. Been on a car for 2 months then the guy sold them so I bought them back from his as they are in mint condition! Interested? Russell
  15. I'm here...... . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . in body BUT NOT IN MIND! Russell (Sidc Offshore Drilling Supervisors.....................SODS for short![:|])
  16. Fonz - the HKS is a more heavily-imprenated filter than the HKS. K&N ones I use on MY99- cars and have never had a MAF issue yet! Horses for courses! Someone will always think differently and that is the best part of SIDC. You get lots of advice which allows you to make an informed opinion. It is a personal choice and I have given you mine. Hope this helps! Russell
  17. PMSL! - so will the CSA! AND MY SOLICITOR.................You tart[:^)] Russell
  18. Your wife was talking about this to me last fortnight................but she didn't word it quite the same way[] Russell ps - check your PM, how much OB you need?
  19. Mick at Scoobymania has some in, Failing that, Alyn @ AS Performance (0191 410 3770 - tell him I sent ya!) usually helps me with either these of the next best thing - K&N Panel Filter. I have one in the house somewhere. It has 5K on it and I am sure I can sort you out with it if you haven't got one by the time I return from Singapore (Feck knows when that will be!) Russell
  20. Tell you what - if you can get your Panel filters from your Sti9 to fit in the STi5 Airbox of Rossco's................I will be most impressed! NUMBNUT$ Russell ps - Craig, try reading your PM's properly before you reply back to the ones I send you!
  21. BIN IT..................NOW! unless you want to buy a new MAF sensor as well? Russell
  22. Didn't I (and a few others say that could be your problems! Although I am thinking the overboost is possible due to Decat ( you said it was standard) or a split it the BCS hoses ( they are up to 9 years old after all!) Maf would give lumpy idle as an indicator. Get him to check AFR's to give an idication if it is this. Russell
  23. Unless you want more than around 345hp Ross - I would have stayed with an OE STi Paper filter - MAKE SURE IT IS AN STi one though! Russell
  24. OK then - lets see. Oh forget it. I just wrote about a page of stuff but cleared it because the Scots would start winging. Never mind! 25. Not sure M8 - I did clear out a load of old PM's so it may have gone then. What did it say? Russell
