You can adjust the bite-point position by turning the bracket on the threaded shaft running from the pedal into the master cylinder. Bit of a pain to get to as you need to get your head into the footwell, but you can remove the circlip and take out the sliding pin that connects the pedal to the clutch shaft, then you can either turn the bracket on the shaft, or hold the bracket still and turn the shaft, which ever one is easiest.
