  1. You would say that though Peter! I fully intend on getting it all done at once. Either full decat or 1 sports cat.
  2. Out of interest, whilst we're talking about Cats. If I wanted to keep one for MOT friendliness where should I be placing it? I'm guessing post turbo rather than pre turbo? But how far downstream are we talking. I'm still weighing up getting loads of H+S (or another supplier) bits or going to C+C or Meercat and just getting a custom system.
  3. Supposed to be heading out for a few hours after work anyway, so that should give plenty of time for the madness to finish. Unless it snows again, and indeed here in Edinburgh it is. Then down the M74 and M6 tomorrow. Hopefully they're alright too.
  4. Ah Gus. That's the report I really wanted to hear. Or really didn't want to hear maybe.
  5. It is really coming down in Edinburgh now. Any reports from the M8 corridor would be appreciated so I can plan an escape if I need to.
  6. The hoopty with the gubbed turbo does move at a fair rate considering. Did yous head back home the scenic route as well? I had to jet to sort out my weekend. I have to say that following ally slowly until you fellows all caught up after the Erskine bridge and then watching you all fly past is something I'll remember for quite some time. That and the smell of freshly toasted clutch in the evening.
  7. We went past duck bay then hung a left. I've never been on it before, except maybe as a small child out on a run with my folks. It was a great road. Up and down and round about.
  8. Good to see everyone. Not the best turnout, but the jaunt down to Helensburgh was magic. Great road that.
  9. Didn't the police tell you to stop that Peter? []
  10. I hated uni. Much prefer working. It's all about the cheddar.
  11. I also want new wheels and tyres. Defi gauges + gauge pod. Full Decat. Remap. A years supply of fresh optimax. etc. etc.
  12. I think I'd stuck my name down on the list for spectating, but going to be in England for the weekend now. I like dyno runs, but I've had a better offer. Maybe next time. Actually, next time I might take a trip on the rollers myself if my mods are done. Have fun chaps.
  13. Not to sound daft ed, but what's on?
  14. Good stuff mate. I must get over to Duncan sometime soon. Not had a mod done in 2 and a half months now.
  15. Colour me jealous killa. Those are lovely. I bet they weigh feck all too.
  16. Damnit. I'm supposed to be making a trip south of the border for the weekend. Don't fancy getting stuck on the 74 down in the wilderness much. Snow is rubbish when you're actually trying to go somewhere. When you're not it's great. Curses.
  17. I wish I had snow. [] And a big empty car park. []
  18. Those are some mighty numbers Wuz. Is it a requirement to wear a neck brace or Hans device with such ridiculous power and short gearing?
  19. http://www.thexworks.com/splash.asp - they sell them, but their parts site is down just now. eBay obviously. Unit-8 have work emotions and ultralites. Buddy clubs too. www.envyperformance.com,www.nemesisperformance.net, ummm can't think of more just now. Emotions aren't too bad price wise Peter. Buddy Clubs too. Anything Rays = mega dosh. But Ray is the daddy.
  20. I'll watch out for you Vicki. Spotted a few scoobs in Hamilton of late including a silver wago possibly running a carbon bunnet.
  21. You get get them powder coated white in the finest columbian marching powder for less than the rays wheels.
  22. Wilky, they're Fake Rays. What he needs is these - http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/RAYS-VOLK-RACING-TE3...1QQcmdZViewItem Stunning.
  23. Aye! 3a is Motorola. If you're going eastbound coming round the corner just before the pyramids then the accident would be just where the corner ends and you start heading up hill. The van was lying on its side in the ditch.
  24. Didn't see the S2000 but the accident east bound between Bathgate and 3A was for a van that had rolled into the ditch at the side. Looked pretty bad I must say. oobster - RainX would have sorted you out for less than a tenner. It's quality.
