  1. I didn't know you could do directions on it. Problem is you can't add in intermediary stages which we really need. I'll get cracking with this thing tonight and see if I can get it working.
  2. YES! I can maybe do something with this. Not right now but when I get home. It'll not be 100% accurate with following roads as it basicaly involves using the google maps engine and drawing vector lines on it, and there's no way I'm supplying points for every kink in the road, but I can roughly follow the main artery roads etc. that will be used. I can also put pushpins in for the main points on the journey like the handovers. Let me have a play the night as I've not done it before, I only know the theory/concept behind it, but it shouldn't be that hard for a man of my immeasurable genius to do. I'll whip up a sample and if it's good we can run with it.
  3. Prodrive were responsible for a lot of the engineering on it too. So you know it's good.
  4. Looks good man. I did one before Christmas. Last day at work actually. http://www.zen31385.zen.co.uk/incar1.avi Still got some better footage from it that I've been meaning to makeup properly. We've got a fly by shot too, but I can't put that one on the internet for various reasons. Ask me about it in private though.
  5. Coalburn! The land that time forgot! I used to work in an office in Coalburn a couple of days a week in my last job. Used to enjoy the two roads in and out of the place either in my scoob or in a company car. If you ever saw a Black WRX going through the place it was probably me.
  6. The bathgate Arena. That name cracks me right up. Is it no just a sports centre?
  7. Dougster, mind the new age WRX has a cat stuck in the uppipe and PPP doesn't replace that. Mittens I think his name is. Poor bugger's been trapped in there for a while now.
  8. Oh dear! This is tempting. Still think my money's on the full turbo back system + uppipe and a remap though. But what a price.
  9. I must have missed it! I boarded the M8 at about 8:05-10 at Buckiebridge flyover. Has to be local-ish to there as I would have spotted it further along the road.
  10. In my position up here on the cantilever over hanging a bit of the Canongate I often hear Scoobs passing by. The unmistakable uncorked burble of a scoob with a proper exhaust can't be beaten, and the noise seems to reverberate very nicely off the concrete that makes up this place. Is it anyone from here? If you are passing let out a coupe of toots. Watch out for the five-o though. It's a bacon fest round here some days.
  11. You have to ask yourself though Gus - Would it really? You'd do an oobster and buy a second set! Or a third! "Oh these'll look good on a long summer night". "Oh now they'll look good in the snow in the winter". I've got 2 complete sets of WRX rims at the moment, partially for track use. So I'll be looking for a third set this year, but definitely a proper set.
  12. Do I have wheel plans Gus? Let me ask you, do bears defficate in the woods? Ive mentally tried on about 100 different sets of wheels before I'm even out my scratcher in the morning. My problem is I have a taste in expensive or rare or expensive and rare wheels. There's always a set of volks playing on my mind, but they're 300 a corner without rubber.
  13. Too much going on with them for my own tastes. I think in gold they might look far too bling. I'm a 5 or 6 spoke man myself. Lightweight Japanese all the way.
  14. Hey, we're not all thoughtless barstewards you know. I had a nice bucket of flowers delivered to her at work this morning. Should be quids in for a few months worth of mistakes. []
  15. The last JPM I have is the one with the Sumo 350 on the front, I take it there's a new one out. Is the car red though as I'm sure I've seen it before and it was nice.
  16. If he wasn't so far up his own jacksie.
  17. Thanks Phil. Jakob Nielsen salutes you.
  18. You really are a mod whore (even the local spelling of this gets filtered) Scott. I'm interested in some too depending on price and when. I've got less than shit all money left this month, but come the end of it when my cushy government salary kicks in I'll be doing the happy dance.
  19. I'd rather he wasn't fee. he's ugly and unreliable, and a man too. Completely not my type.
  20. Garage flowers? I once suffered a 50 minute explanation of why garage flowers for an occasion are a complete no go.
  21. You can get it in shops. Which ones I don't know mind you. Good read though.
  22. And the women! Jordana Brewster. AWOOOOOOGA.
  23. AWD open day from August is in it. I can see my car! I guess the November run will make the next one.
  24. Des, you on the Cusco braces yet or still the pink pretenders? Next meet you're at I'll give you a swatch at the beauty of the Cusco front one on mine. Proper bling.
  25. Now Gus. If we apply the patented Stephen Hynds school of thinking we can safely deduce that getting geometery done is a cost needed after MOST suspension mods. Therefore, as the wheels will all be off it is prime time to get some other work done. Saving money in the long run! (important for explaining the descision to her indoors) Do you require Anti-lift Kit? ARBs? Uprated bushes? I'd say yes for at least the first one.
