  1. If you login to My Frappr you can do all sorts of things. Have a look.
  2. Looks good Col. Gallerys is actually spelt Galleries though.
  3. They come in pairs Gus. So about £140 for the lot.
  4. Get both front and rear done boab.
  5. There's a suction cup mount from maplin that's quite good. Only costs about £4 or something stupid like that. For proper digital camcorders or any externally mounted work you need one of the better ones that cost about £100, but can't remember the make.
  6. Alf, I have them on my car - 2005 WRX. Got them and the geometery done at the same time and they are probably the best value mod you can possibly buy.
  7. www.st3ph3n.com/images/360s.mp4 Wee video of the new one in action too.
  8. He didn't say he was a member of the forum from what I remember, just a member of the club. Good looking car though.
  9. Phone was on a rubbish setting! But my two scoobs next to each other.
  10. One more thing - the page numbers on multi-page threads (at the bottom where you can navigate between them) are quite difficult to make out. Maybe it's just my eyes, but a slightly different shade of the blue should work.
  11. Really Simple Sindication. It's a way of content coming to you, rather than you going to the content. Basically you get yourself an RSS aggregator/reader program. I use sharpreader. Or you can sign up to a couple of websites that can do the job for you too, but I forget their names. Then you add to it subscriptions to these "RSS Feeds". Every X minutes the program goes and downloads the RSS file which contains a number of entries, be they forum posts, news stories anything really. A program like sharpreader will popup and tell you there's new things for you to read. I'm subscribed to things like the BBC News, some car news websites, games news, tech and gadget news, anything at all that takes my fancy. I'm subscribed to close to 50 feeds I think. So instead of me visiting 50 websites regularly to see if there's anything to read these 50 websites come to me! More info - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RSS_%28file_format%29
  12. Membership renewal away and email sent Willie. I'll keep things like the events and announcements etc. in my RSS, but keep coming back to the regular "chat" forum. MARK ALL AS READ TOO! Does this carry over across multiple PCs?
  13. RSS FEEDS! As a nerd this fills me with a warm glow. Well done lads. I better get my membership renewed asap.
  14. It's due VERRRRRY soon apparently. Next week maybe.
  15. Off to the pub. This will more than likely be my last post on the current forum. Fare thee well old girl.
  16. Excellent. I love it when a plan comes together. I was thinking about Beecraigs and also another one, Polkemmet maybe? Not sure why they were in my head. Fairly central I suppose. For people north of Douglas and South of Perth I mean. I apologise to the Aberdeenshire and taysiders (set phasers to malkay) when I forget to factor you into my "what's central" calculations. My plan wasn't just for a weekend thing either. The (insert your region here) monthly meets on (insert the evening you host it on here) could be done too. It's hardly rocket science to meet at a supermarket, get some portable BBQs and some MEAT, a packet of Kraft singles and a beverage of your choice and head off into the country. I don't know about anyone else but I could murder a burnt burger topped with tomato sauce and a kraft cheese slice all on a toasted roll right about now.
  17. I was just thinking after another round of mainly magnificent food at the Brewers Farce last night that maybe in the summer months we could (weather permitting) hold the meets at a nice country park or something where we could setup some portable BBQs and bust out the burgers, sausages and whatever. Would be a nice relaxed atmosphere, and if we got food poisoning then it would be our own damn fault for a change! Any thoughts?
  18. I never sleep. 'cause sleep is the cousin of death. seriously though. I'm nothing if I don't get 7 hours a night. Which just isn't happening at the moment.
  19. Well I'm getting used to it. Went down the Glasgow meet in it. Only rattled my knee off the dashboard once. Keeping it straight on the motorway is a pain, but cornering isn't bad. V-Max is a buck and a dime.
  20. Pete, only an IT geek would generally want to brag that they'd surfed the forum whilst sitting on the throne!
  21. Back when men were men! I saw the series when it was on BBC2 the first time round. It was great telly. My favourite is reading Craig Breedlove's personal account of when he crashed the spirit of america into the lake. Lost 2 chutes, tried to steer it past telephone poles, up a verge, rolled and ended up in the drink. How a man that was doing 400+mph and could describe exactley how it happened with such lucidity is beyond me. I recommend having a google for it.
  22. I'm away to the meet. Forgot about that. Will sort something out soon though.
  23. Home, work (thankfully not banned at my new job), and PDA/phone too. I've got 40mb GPRS with this new contract, and my MDA Vario has the full keyboard and a good screen, so it makes viewing on the train quite pleasent. I've been known to sit in the conservatory at home with it hooked up to my wifi too.
  24. Cal, Exxon Mobil did trounce it earlier in the week. Biggest profit by any company in the world EVER! $33.86bn. That's a fair chunk'o'change.
