I'm sure a lot of people will disagree.......(waits in anticipation).... okay not the same budget or image...but you could do worse than a set of Kumho's.....had them on 3 of my road cars and have the KU31 on my track car...and they arent bad at all for the money......and the Irish Rallying tarmac muncher Eugene Donnolly swore by them for years... Stevie... I got a set of Scoobysport grooved and drilled ones and a set of EBC Ceramic red stuff pads....set up worked a treat on the last track day....I'm sure they do them for new age cars as well..... pic shown....

found a load of them Gus.......thats Jo in the top one when she was a time keeper and I was Deputy Stage commander in those days....ah that was the life.......found other ones of Mr Nesbitt in his early days...and Stephen Finlay in the first Escort Cossie...what a beast...

Was digging through some old photos and came across these old photos of the other great tarmac rally master Bertie Fisher in the good times before his sad departure....just reminded me how many great rally drivers we have lost over the years, most of them not even in rally cars at the time....but hey I have some great memories of Bertie....hope you like the pics...(I know Grant will.....)

why thank you Andy ......do you not remember looking at it at the last central meet..???? Mark......you stood beside it for 9 hours at Knockhill ..did you have your eyes closed mate.....

The club did spend the entire weekend at Knockhill last weekend remember at the Motorfair.....I appreciate that todays event might have attracted more "like thinking" drivers with the type of cars on track but we cant be at everything.....however I will investigate what would be involved with a stand for next years event....and report back.....

was nice to meet you to mate....just a pity the day ended for you in that way...... but I'm sure Dunc will wave his magic wand and make it all better....and you will be back faster and stronger....... catch you soon Paul

Fraser Depends what your after mate...I know Duncan at Hypertech stocks the Racetech series they look quite smart....will be heading for some of them myself shortly.......almost sure I have seen pods in his display cabinet as well..... Paul

Evening all...... Jo had a bit of a shunt up the rear......yesterday oooerrrrr Low speed impact at the fantastic new multi roundabout system at Tullibody Cross for those at are familiar with the area....who thought they could fit two roundabouts at a crossroads and zebra crossings of every angle needs their head examined...anyway..back to her rear..... not much damage...some scratching on the bumper and I think it may have been pushed in slightly and the number plate is damaged...the little Polo which attacked her came of worse............. anyone recommend a good bodyshop around stirling/falkirk that would give us a price for a bumper respray etc...... thanks all
