Whilst I appreciate that entering the wrong price on the website was a genuine mistake and without wanting to put Scott out of pocket I feel I have to side with Grant here.
It was bought in good faith, if Grant had thought he was getting it at a £100 discount I'm sure he'd have bought more than one.
One way or another someone is going to have to make up the difference and Grant is the inocent party. It would go someway to proving Flat4's commitment to customer service also.
On that note I personally have only used Flat4 once before and I'm afraid to say that I also had issues with the communication (or lack thereof) and the delivery times. I had to cancel a mapping session as injectors, that I was assured were in stock, took 3 weeks to arrive. What made it worse was I paid the Buy It Now price (Ebay) to ensure next day delivery.
That said I would consider using them again as the prices are keen but if I could source the same part elsewhere for the same price I peobably would. Maybe the outcome of this incident will make me feel different?
