  1. I'm sure Duncan said the couple in the white type R were from Total Impreza magazine.......might be mistaken though.
  2. Just got back....after a wee detour to KFC. Here are some of the pics Ryan took.......
  3. Shelly I had Scott Lowe flaps on my last scooby and have Scoobyword one on my present car. In my opinion the Scott lowe ones were far better - a wee bit more expensive but the flaps and fitting kit were far better quality.......
  4. They were white..........they're just dirty now. Roll on the Summer!!
  5. I am going to book a 1 on 1 package with one of the Knockhill instructors (25 laps in your own car) later in the year before I venture on the track on my own I think......
  6. The car looks minted Steve - go for a classic and a newage
  7. It's never been a problem in the past if I remember correctly Cathy!!
  8. Basically a stage two from Andy's site plus an STi intercooler and undertray and a TD05 16g
  9. Got mapped today at long last...... 333 horsees and 324 torquees - what a difference!! Getting mapped in the snow is for winners Now I just need to find some roads without snow and ice on them
  10. If it's a WRX (newage - I'm not sure about classics) you have, the up-pipe has a cat in it so decatting it will make a difference once it's mapped.
  11. I have much the same set up - 3" turbo back with STi decatted up-pipe, walbro, panel filter, sti topmount, 550's and and a TD05 16G. It's getting remapped on Monday so keep an eye on the forums for what figures it makes.

  16. Higgy, I done a tandem jump from 10,000 ft over Cyprus a few years ago with an RAF freefall instructor - what a rush!! There is no better feeling than when you're plumitting towards the ground before the 'chute opens - magic. I only got some pics of me smiling once I'd landed........
  17. Hello and welcome mate - a nice clean looking car you have there......
  18. Looks like I got mine just in time then!!
  19. Wee F**kers. I hope they find some vigilanty justice......
  20. Took the plunge when I got the chance of a set of nearly new TEIN Superstreets (3600 miles) from a car at SW Motorsport. Got them fitted today and already I am well chuffed with them - need to get my geometry sorted before I throw it about too much Cheers for all the advice......
  21. I've got a de-catted STi up-pipe just about to be fitted to mine (01 Bugeye WRX). I went for that one on the advice of James Greenwood (@ greenwood racing developments) he said he had tried a few others on his track car and the STi one was about the best (for what I wanted). He removed the heat sheild and wrapped it for me - he said the heat sheild is prone to corrosion/damage. It doesn't get fitted until early January so can't really tell you what it's like fitted.
  22. I'm sure you meant to say on the track...........you never know who's reading the forums!!
  23. If it's your silver WRX for sale thread - it's on the for sale section.......on my computer anyway!
  24. I know the feeling Cheers for the comments above.......
  25. I had the same problem when I picked up my turbo on Saturday - thank God for Paypal!! Cannae wait for January to come for my turn..............
