  1. 1.5 BAR!!!! You sure about that one?
  2. All exhaust's are the same, except for the newage one's, with different exhaust hangers, but if you get one for a classic, it will fit no probs. Look at what power figures you will be aiming for before buying any exhaust though. I would say, as you will be looking at over 300BHP, to get a 3 inch system.
  3. Simply a Subaru dealer. It doesn't come cheap anywhere.
  4. The amount of air of that goes by/through the sensor and less filtration of particles, damage the sensor.
  5. £75 from what i see.
  6. Click on the link and go to news, then scroll down to STAR PERFORMANCE TRACK EVENTS(EVENT 2) where you will find details of a track day hosted by Star, but for anyone who want's to join in. Jim let me know about this, the last time i was up and reckoned it sounded like a very good day. He mentioned he has done these types of trackday's a good few times, but usually only open to VW/Audi's, so this time it'll be a bit more special. Give them a wee phone on 01592 655595 if your interested. Star Performance
  7. Do you have a horn with the new wheel? It should be a push on connector?
  8. Does your OE wheel have an airbag in it? If so, i would expect the light to be constantly on, if you remove it. Just another job to do, if you go ahead with it, which i think you should do. And it's not a terribly difficult job, if you fancied it yourself.
  9. It won't make any difference at all. It's different with Garret turbo's as they (off the shelf) don't have flanges to suit Subaru's and you THEN need to get custom up/down pipes. Basically, unless your running about 450+ power, then you won't really see any difference.
  10. OR you could do it yourself.
  11. Jamie at www.j-w-racing.co.uk should be able to sort you out.
  12. RSGRANT.....TOTB5 contender!
  13. << Headers and up-pipe are getting ported soon to aid the spool on the turbo >> Surprised you haven't done that already mate?! I know you have your contacts for getting things cheap, but if replacing the car soon, why bother doing any more? Thay's what i say.
  14. Johnny ya big eejit, i hope your still coming along to the place we are going to?! Reminds me, i have to phone about it! Surprised i never seen you or Dave on Sunday though?
  15. Should be a direct fit.
  16. If your still stuck, i have something else that can be used in the system which help's with the brake feel. £5 delivered and i'll let you know what they are and how to fit them.
  17. Sounds like air in the system to me bud.
  18. Totally understand you there bud. Mine is going very well, cheers. Interested on how Star's rollers compare to Dastek's now.
  19. Cheers Alan. Hopefully i remember that now. Bob mentioned about some new air injector he's using with the Motec. Didn't manage to get time on Sunday to discuss in detail about it, but it sounds better on the Motec than the AVCR.
  20. Hey Dougie. Sniffin about the scoobs again are we?! Me being pedantic here, but it's Sam Ellasar, not Ellis. Standard internal's could well last at 1.6 BAR, but in my own personnal experiences, it won't for very long, unless your fairly lucky. I can't remember how much boost Alan was running, or even Scoty, or anyone else, but by fitting headers, you lower the boost for the same power, which is in my eye's, quite a safety precaution. I'm sure Sam could well map the car for that boost if you wanted to, but i doubt he would warrant the map work, for running that amount of boost. Rambling on a bit now, so i'll leave it at that now.
  21. Will be there for a change, too.
  22. << And beyond!!! More comebacks than The King >> That reminds me of someone else too.
  23. So funny bud! No-one can get that many, that easily! Once we have the FCD sorted, we'll get rid of that nasty over fuelling!
