Wheels? Is that you Gizmo?
Anytime you like bud. I'll just take it all to work, so you can pick em up during the daytime. I'll PM you the postcode and you can find the place on Multimap.
I understood mate, but it should show if you've turned it over twice after fitting it.
Best bet is to remove the radiator and bumper, then you can see STRAIGHT at the belt/pulleys.
You should be able to tell it's a tooth out without having to start the thing though.
Get it all lined up and turn it 2 on the crank shaft. Once the line is twice round, the cam pulleys should still line up perfectly also.
Remember you need to remove and replace 3 or 4 pulleys to get the belt on correctly and easily.
You sure the marks are lining up ok?
If so, then the problem is defo elsewhere! Just saying this, as it sound's too much like something else right now?
Yup, also going. Will be down already though, got a night booked for Saturday at some plush De Vere hotel.
If you find Steve, Dave, can you let him know about that wee meet, we're sorting out please?!
Good luck to all!!!
If you get rid of the marks completely, i'll eat my hat!
But if you would rather save yourself some money towards the respray, don't bother buying any products to try remove them, it won't work......unless it really isn't that bad?
Stick to the 15 AMP fuse.
You shouldn't HAVE to up the fuses and i'd much rather have the appropriate fuse, just incase something goes wrong in the system, elsewhere.
If that fuse goes again, then you need to find what's causing it to blow.
He done the 1/4mile, but wasn't happy. Also has equal length headers fitted, but never knew the noise would change and no KL or ECU to make the fuelling adiquate(sp?).
