Is it a problem, getting some of the old crew together for a meet like we USED to have? No squabbling about any issue's you have. A case of, if you don't want to come, don't bother and if you do . I'm not wanting to tell people to F off, but it seem's like you can't do not, without someone having a problem with it. You guy's haven't been about for all that long, i'm sure you'll agree and i'm not dissing you for that, but all i wanted was for the good old day's to come back. I haven't been to any of the latest meet's due to the feeling of arguement's, etc that come from here, to the meet's and no-one can say otherwise. You all have your problem's with thing's and people, so keep it to yourself please. This meet is to get back to those day's of enjoying the car's in a sensible way. Slag us off, all you want. It just strengthen's my view's of the meet's at the moment.

Just pondering the idea of a meet for all the old yin's that used to come out and play and those moon's ago? No idea of place or time, but let's all get back to the old day's and i'm sure it'll work itself out. So who's up for it? I better get the phone out for a wee text or two, too.

Impossible to say without seeing the car. First thought's were of the throttle body being a bit sticky, or the accelerator cable, but tbh, someone actually has to look at it before saying what's up with it.

The Crawford engine, would probably do 600BHP, depending on it's spec. It's whether or not you need to have that amount of power. Needless to say, you'll probably end up spending way more than you first intend to and sod's law, something will go wrong.

Brakes direct from Subaru, will hurt even the most well off owners, so i would even think about it. Black Diamond are relatively cheap and quite well liked. Should be easy enough to fine them too.

Looking at ferries now, as there ain't no train's that do it. Already got the Chunnel booked, so a ferry D/S will be my next option.

I'm wanting to take the Scoob down to Dover without actually having to drive it, considering the mileage i have to do after....to get to the Ring!

I've heard that there used to be a train, which went from Edinburgh, to down south, but i can't find anything to suggest it still does this. Can anyone tell me if this is right or not?

Near perfect numbers considering then. Better power than i'd expect, but maybe SLIGHTLY lower torque. Excellent base.
