  10. With the same bhp yes classics are faster. I would also go as far to say around knockhill a 450 classic would beat a new age of any bhp

  13. Engine and box are going for a re-furb next month and then have to put it back together with the new turbo and then decide what colour? Graham loving the colour.

  18. You should manage a 10 with 700bhp Good luck with it all look forward to the pics. Have to say going down hill towards the hair pin at knockhill is a scary thought though
  19. Yes same mk5 gti and yes a year is a record. Has to be the best all round everyday car I have had. Just a set of 18" BBS wheels, few handling mods and were remap coming up shortly. Aim is to have the impreza going at high 400s by the end of the year

  21. Okay finally a plan. Engine is coming out next month for a refresh, the PPG is getting built into an r180 DCCD Then I only have to Remove engine and box Install engine and swap drivetrain out for complete r180 Install the cage and door bars Install fuel set up Install firewall Install reversed inlet manifold and modify pipe work Install new turbo which will be SC46 Buy syvecs Get the cat MOT'd Get new rotors and pads for the AP's Install rear brembos Assist in the painting of the car (thankfully this is already paid for) in memory of the RB5 the car will be going steel blue (rb5 grey) Other thing I have to do is work to raise the money to pay for all this Will be looking to mount my fuel cell as low down as possible. Problem is the Anti roll bar is in the way. I was wondering is it possible to have custom anti roll bars Made?

  25. My aim......... get a working car Pulling the engine in April for her new heads and cosworth head studs, get my gearbox rebuilt, get a better clutch and a syvecs ECU and then put it all back together and drive the bloody thing
