  1. First dibs if the PPG is for disposal
  2. A heating system for sure. Possibles include a Peltor system so we can talk while we travel. Uprated gearbox to get some more boost. EGT fitted to the collector. Fantasy plans would be a WRC bottom end with turbo to match. Gearbox and diffs from a 97 Group A car. Driving lessons from Ari Vatenan. Drive over death rd in a S1 Quattro at full tilt after consuming a copious amounts of Caramalised Cocaine. That is all
  3. Aye well the chap certainly qualifies for the race. Cracking vid
  4. Unusual nickname fir the Vectra
  5. Shocking behaviour. If I had another I would certainly be handing it over as a a replacement but as Imy says the last one went in the Finish ramp at Chester. What do you mean Gerard looks like a madman, we know for sure he is as mad as a box of frogs on crack
  6. Followed the Daddy McGowan wagon through a cloud of diesel smoke on Monday from your yard down to the 74, think it was a D Reg behomoth of a thing smoking like a beagle in a lab Was it on its way to the jack-knifed lorry on the M8, think it was Monday? Spotted Strike circumnavigating the town centre today, if only i knew the back of his van was a mobile grit lorry i would have mugged him for some, every council grit bin was empty. I ended up buying a bag of cat litter a was really surprised how well it done the trick. Merc Sprinter + Snow + incline greater than 1 degree = going nowhere fast
  7. Big Yellow Sprinter. To be honest i think a few blokes would have done being just stuck there for so long. Any port in a storm as they say
  8. Problem was, amongst others, the M77 at the Mearns. Traffic getting stuck caused the jam back onto the M8 and it took me 2 1/2 hours to get from Coatbridge to Paisley. Peeing into a bottle in the outside lane of the M8 at Stepps Rd is up there with doing it on the Kingston Bridge in the old Red WRX Had a 15 min play over at Hillington in Imy's RA and the DCCD was a joy to use on the slippy stuff
  9. What, do you address them by thier christian name before you bollock them senseless
  10. Done about half a mile in the last half hour on a snow covered M8. Long time since I saw the motorway this fecked. Need a pee now so contemplating the peeing into a bottle in the outside lane of the M8 as there seems to be no end in sight
  11. Maybe so through there in the good ol East coast but through in the west (and LaFaggette ) the correct terminology is Fannys as in " you couldnae score in a barrell of Fannys"
  12. Shotts and Harthill were the worst hit when I went through today. Spent most of the day with traction control off
  13. Only way forward is for the box to come out to see if the plate is damaged or stressed. Considering the low miles since fitting i would be going back to the vendor soon and asking for a refund
  14. Great day and turnout considering the fog Certainly got noticed going through the city centre with all guns blazing Good way to round off the year for the club Merry Christmas one and all
  15. A kit car heater matrix and pipework would go down a treat Be better than 16 layers and a fleece blanket
  16. JDM Bugeye is certainly a good starting point. A STD Bugeye Spec C is not that much heavier than a late model Classic so things should go well for a decent end product.
  17. My vote goes to either Soundie or Mick67. Both are stunning examples that I would go for in a flash. Although the photographic shots of Jons Scoob are special. WL also deserves a mention for it's shear brutality and nuttiness
  18. With Alistair in a Skoda i really hope they have practised changing clutches, for thier sake I think we are pitched next to Skoda, not going to find out 100% until we get there
  19. The Fat Banana B road bomber Red Shed
  20. Andyjdmsti had a similar problem in his STI. They must have good taste in automobiles
  21. Sorted a gasket for the Banana and also fitted the wideband sensor. Done the job that was asked of them without any stress and they did not require to redline the car when stone cold to see how it sounds. Would defo return for any future work Done a cracking job on Imys cat back system for a cracking price especially if you mention Brian aka wrxmania
  22. BobbyC for me with Cathy a close second for lugging the stand to the shows
  23. Edited for accuracy 15 out of 10 for a sterling job over the last couple of years. Good choice in Robert, a fine upstanding member of the community that i am sure will take us forward with strength
  24. Such a nice car going to such a nice person. Cracking result all round. 3 thumbs up for Cathy 2 Scoobs
  25. We will win simply by nutter power Hooray for the Higgimeister
