Plz talk very slowly as i know nothing about computers so dinnae laugh plz Laptop started playing up and just froze wouldnt even turn off a couple o weeks ago so i did what i usually do which consists of clearing cookies and putting it away for a week but no better so tried installing AGV 7 which returned 1 threat which was deleted, also have outdated norton (told u i know nothing). Problem is once i'm online i can't get onto certain website namely ebay (says sopmething about security certificate) and msn messenger ( comes upwith an error code when i try and log on. Also some i have in favourites won't work but if i clear cookies and type in the web addy it works fine then i can log in again. Any ideas before i get the hammer out ???? as i need to get some bits for the car and its a pain. Steve

When i thought about getting another scoob i really wanted an Ra but now i have my plain ol STi i'm quite happy as things life air con and leccy windows make it feel at least a bit civilised and unless ur gonna turn it into a track monster does the odd kilo here and there make much odds ? One thing i would do is spend a bit of time finding the right car with plenty service history and new or uprated bits as once one thing goes it leads to another and starts to get feckin expensive believe me Although i like my old bus if i were looking it'd be for a facelift, in white of course ! Any other motors i've done the bearings on drive wheels need pressed (big hammer, vice etc RAF) so presume all would need pressed on a scoob. As far as removing the hub i've found there real easy cars to work on and u'll only come into problems if you can't get the balljoint or track rod out and could end up knackering it if you don't know how to tackle it.
