A motorbike actually (surprise-surprise ) I know everything is the the same regarding road tax etc - although MOT is required there after 4 years rather than 3 here (bike is 2008 so that doesn't matter ... yet ) It's just the reg. no. Do I have to change it to a 'mainland UK' number ? I reckon the N.I. plate will de-value the bike over here , can I change to private reg OK or age-related UK plate or what ? Thanks in advance, Al

Thanks for heads-up today I told my Mum and bro incase either of them were heading up . I'm working this w-end and was hoping to go next week but I reckon there is hee-haw chance of the road being open by next Wednesday ... we'll see...
