There are two screws on the right hand side which let you open the icv there is an 'o'ring seal which would be worth checking, this will take all of 5 minutes.

Yes, but check the condition of the rubber'O' ring , could well be the 'O' Ring needs replaced on the idle control valve.

I think all he's meaning is that you change your standard air-box filter to a K&N Filter and then strip off your resonator and volley it in to your wheelie bin.
