I think I heard that Hypertech were able to put some slightly less abrasive settings in while still improving the handling - £55 I think they charge. Maybe worth giving Dunc a call.
P.S. I have the prodrive settings on my blobeye, with toyo T1S and the inner shoulders only lasted about 8K miles.
Not 100% positive on this, but I THINK you need:
W5W for the sidelights (12V 5W)
H1 for the dipped (12V 55w)
H4 for the full beam
I've fitted H1's & W5W's in mine but I didn't touch the full beam. Powerbulbs do some good BOGOF offers.
I've been with Keith Michaels for just over 2 years now & i'm very happy with the renewal prices. Gary Moulson can be a bit difficult to get a hold of but it's worth persevering hanging in there.
I thought your appointment was 2.30 Andy. Gettit? Two Thirty?
I'm here all week - try the fish.
P.S. cusco kid has a white hawkeye STI and he's Fife based I think
Some superb machinery there - not too sure on the white & blue veyron though.
The Porsche 997 GT3 RS though - beautiful. If my lottery numbers come up on Saturday night i'm ordering one of those on Sunday. The only difficult decision would be the colour.
I spotted a nice white classic STI in the carpark at St. Johns Hospital in Livi at the start of the week - it had a 555 plate on it (think the end bit was JAM).
There is a nice one over on NASOIC - different front grille, front splitter and red rear light clusters. Looks good.

The orange traingle is removed from your headlights and 'silvatec' bulbs (W21W) are put in - means all the orange is removed from your headlights.
You need to take the whole headlight out, remove the 8 or 9 small screws that hold the back onto the front then heat up the seal with a hairdryer to seperate both halfs. The orange triangle just falls out once they are apart.
There are probably 'how to' guides on here & on SNet which go into more detail.
I had mine done about a year and a half ago & there has been no leakage problems. I got a member on here to do it because I wasn't very confident but after watching him I reckon I could have done it myself as it didn't look too difficult.
Aye the last 9 months have flew in - official due date is tomorrow (4th) and both of us are starting to get impatient!
Thanks for the good wishes, i'll try not to bore anyone
I hope that our wee one will be born in the next few days all fit and healthy, beyond that I have no plans or wishes really. Maybe go for a Legacy Tourer later in the year if we can afford it, get some work done to the house too perhaps.
Spotted it when I was in the other day. I didn't look at it for long but i certainly seemed mint.
Gav is the guy from Ian Grieve, I think his user ID is scoobyseller555.
