I agree totally that an open forum is for discussing experiences good and bad,but,i would also go back to the people concerned and speak with someone in charge and give them the option of giving some answers rather than 'sticker removal' or ' i'm not mentioning who it is' ,i have had 13 imprezas over the years,had some poor experiences myself but never not had the bottle to go back to the dealership to air my views and have always found that mostly it has been to my advantage to do so.In fairness i also now work on the opposite side and realise that there is always 2 sides to a story. So i suppose i agree with Davie,have a face to face with the people in question,i have always found it works best. Subaru hat back on. Gav

I think one of the main problems with these new hatches is that you have to remove a fair amount under the bonnet to open the airbox to see the filter as its sits upright in the box now(not an excuse)obviously there are no times charged within the 20k service for this to be done,i will investigate tomorrow as i can remember who serviced Barrys car and this surprises me greatly.
