i suppose the other way to look at it is the car does have a lot more spec than the previous models but the biggest problem is the exchange rate. £24370 for a Civic Type R Mugen 200. £20700 for a Toyota Auris T Spirit. £28290 for a Lexus IS F-Sport. Prices are going through the roof for most Japanese manufacturers at the moment.

As soon as you allow the right to repair you pretty much give up the write to hand it back,the only narrow glimmer of hope here is 'reasonable time' to repair as an out.Defo get to Trading Standards so its logged and also get in touch with the SMTA who can also fight your corner(if you need any contact details give me a shout as the owner of our garage is on the board) Gav
