  3. all joking aside Davie,i have seen some cars that have had mice attacks, these buggers eat anything, seats, wiring looms, bulkhead material, carpets and they can get into areas that you wouldn't think possible, not only would i leave the traps outside the car,i would also leave a couple inside aswell, just to be safe. 20. STI9 also has 10mm longer wheelbase,15mm wider rear track and the use of a helical front lsd instead of the Suretrac one fitted from 2001,and all of the above.8'' wide alloys instead of 7.5''. Gav
  21. Gary Just my thoughts on the matter, the main problem you have is that you obviously had a verbal agreement as apposed to a written signed contract of sale(which would specify your, and there, conditions of sale,as from the sounds of things you havn't signed this(order form)it is a very vauge area, you could argue that the goods were not as described, they could argue that this is a charactiristic of the car and you have backed out of the sale for other reasons. Your correct in the fact that a deposit should and generally would be refunded but it doesn't sound like they are going to give in easily, also try speaking to the SMTA for advise on the matter. Good Luck Gav
  22. Unless of course they can say that they have incurred costs in the preparation of the vehicle for your collection,so could in fact chase you for money, like you say i would put it down to experience and forget it and move on. Gav @ Ian Grieves
