I've got a flyer for them in my drawer at work. Apparently work has used them a few times on the company cars with good results. For £29 that looks well worth it.

Last time I was out the country was back in June when I went to Copenhagen for the weekend. A good friend of mine moved out there after he met a Danish girl (they're all lovley too!), so a bunch of us went out. One of the guys was getting married later that month so it was kind of a stag weekend. Lovely city though. Would like to visit again sometime. 5 of us staying in his spare room was a wee bit cosy, and a wee bit smelly, but it was free so we had more money to drink.

There's a tremendously smug sense of satisfaction when you see someone that had been bothering you get pulled over. The one there that's hit the phone has had a fair old whack at it. Suppose that's what you get for driving crown vics.

I stand corrected Ed. As an IT man myself any hardware dabbling involves no safety measureas at all. Infact I like to rub my feet on the carpet repeatedly to build up static electricity just to make things interesting.

PSU = Power Supply Unit, which is what converts the wall power into something your PC components can use. RCD, not entirely sure. Possibly something like Residual Current. Probably a wrist strap that grounded ed so that if the unthinkable happened he wouldn't be electrocuted.
