  1. Gus, have you got Scott Lowe mudflaps and if so are they set on the high or low?
  2. You're telling me Peter. When we left stirling on Sunday I felt like a boy on a BMX out with the men on racing bikes at times on the motorway. Round the twisty bits I was doing alright, but my car is particularly sorted handling wise I think. oobster, the wheels I forgot about. I have some ideas in my head. You've obviously seen those lovely Advan ones. I'm liking some of the 5Zigen, Volk, Work Emotion ones too. Even the Rotas. I'm a bit of a brand whore I have to admit, and the Rotas don't really have the brand clout I think. It's got to be something that looks fresh and fairly simple, but most importantly is very light weight.
  3. It'll be getting the prodrive settings done again when its in. They've worked a treat since I got them done last time. That'll be the handling and look sorted once they're done, which means only one thing next year - POWER!
  4. Took the plunge and I've gone for some Tein springs when its in for a service next Friday at Hypertech. I no longer have to fight with hugely sized speed bumps as I'm changing jobs, so thought it was only right to treat myself.
  5. I had it all locked up on the sliproad into work, then a bit of arse out action in the compound. The car park was looking ace for a slide at lunch time, but it's been pishing it down with rain here for a while now and its all gone.
  6. 26th December 2004, Snow covered car park at Newton Train station. 10:30 PM. Deadly quiet but well lit. Window down. 1st Gear selected. Initiate a low speed roll out whilst steering gently. Clutch in, floor the gas, pop the clutch, wind on opposite lock. Hang on. End result - Cheesy grin. Can't wait to try again this year.
  7. That's a damn good price. I use TomTom Mobile 5, which is running on my Orange SPV C500 phone. I've got an external bluetooth GPS receiver that I picked up off ebay for £50. The software itself fell of the back of a lorry.
  8. Billy, I can't make it tonight, but I will be there on the 11th hopefully. I have some donations though, in the form of cash at the moment. Are the ladies still planning on going to a cash and carry to buy loads of toys with the money collected so far? If so I can get the dosh to someone.
  9. Go for it Peter. I've had mine done. Them + decent alignment would be the first thing I'd do to any new Impreza. AFter the back box that is.
  10. Very good. But which one of the Village people am I?
  11. This was always coming back to haunt you Chris
  12. I'll make you one. Is playdoh alright?
  13. Hey hey. C'mon now! Don't make me get my Paint Shop Pro out now. You've seen what I can do with a pair of gloves.
  14. They've aimed this car at a market - people who wish they drove KITT. From the outside the coupe looks like what KITT would be if KITT designed himself, and the dashboard speaks for itself really. Looking forward to seeing what the R boys can do with it.
  15. I often wash mine on a Friday lunch time with the pressure washer at work, then wash it again on the Saturday or Sunday with the hose + swissol goodies. It's really needing some wax again to keep it safe for the winter, but its hard to bring myself to do it when I know it will be dirty as ever after 20 minutes on the roads.
  16. Code 8. We need Pretzels. I repeat - Pretzels.
  17. Was that the Celica Dan?
  18. I'm a swissol man for the shampoo and wax. Meguiars hot wheels for the wheels. Rain X for the windows. Lovely.
  19. Another fine example of the police out looking for the real criminals. Way to go lads!
  20. Mine can now be found at www.st3ph3n.com/NovemberRun/. Anyone wants a bigger one/original let me know on the PM or the email - hawyoujimmy at st3ph3n dawt com.
  21. Nice to see mine in there JC. Good pics.
  22. Very clean Peter. Not to put a dampner on things, but I did mine with the hose at work yesterday lunch time and when I got home tonight it's now WR Brown again.
  23. Hmm, a bit hit and miss. Thought they might have spent longer on the rallying. Hopefully the rest of the series will be more indepth.
  24. There's some fine Scottish words! STOURI MIDORI! Seriously though, just thinking of ideas for things next year. Get us on the map.
