  1. Was it long and hard and full of seamen?
  2. Right. Scoobyworld have said they can do custom logos. I'll drop Phil an email or a PM this evening when I've got a spare 5 minutes and I've got my best typing voice on, and if he okays it then I'll get back to Scoobyworld. Would anyone be interested in having their usernames stitched on too? I can maybe ask about this.
  3. Hmmm. Very interesting indeed. INDEED. Does it have a good range of adjustment Ed? I was thinking of getting one for trackday use. I'll need a good digital video camera too mind you. OHHHHH. There's an idea for Christmas.
  4. It really is good to see it. I think I'll save my pennies until next year for the rest of Project Arcturus and leave the windows for now.
  5. Heh. That Faq. Pimp my Ford Galaxy! Tints are on my list too. I quite like the WRC style silver ones. They'd look cooler then a polar bear's toenails on yours Chris. But not on a black car. I wasn't going to touch the windscreen but do the rest. I know the faq says 75% of light must get through, but what sort of percentage to people actually run with?
  6. You don't NEED a spec c. Actually, we all do. Lovely car sean.
  7. << Cos i am feckin skint, canny even afford to have heatin on in my flat!! >> Is that cos you have an optimax addiction?
  8. I'm getting some odd looks just now because any low speed manouvering is done with the front mudflaps scraping all over the place. I even had one guy pointing at them rather crazily.
  9. 1 2 3 White wheels! Loving them. I've got a bit of a fetish for them at the moment as some of the keener members might have spotted. This month I've been good and spent only £445 on Tein Springs + Fitting + 19K service. Nothing for the rest of the year I think.
  10. Your car must sound great down the Grassmarket Chris. You get a nice echo off the buildings like a Tunnel.
  11. On the flyover at Larbert (the top of the big hill) looking down to the southbound traffic. Very hard to spot when heading south as the flyover is cambered.

  13. Obviously a lightweight like myself would be completely unfair against you fellows. Is there a category for "I'll come along and watch and tag along for the buffet afterwards"?
  14. What Dougster said basically. I'll see what Scoobyworld say regarding a custom logo and a wee discount if a few of us were to be wanting them. If the existing SS logo is do-able for their stitch-o-matic 5000 machine, or whatever they're using, then I'll make sure the powers that be are ok with the plan. If they can do a custom logo, but ours doesn't fit then I can see if we can use the term "Scottish Scoobies" in some way in a logo of a more appropriate size etc. If not then I'll just design something else entirely myself!
  15. Good man Billy. A fine choice.
  16. I've emailed Scoobyworld as they can do some nice custom mats, including ones with heel plates etc. I've asked if they can do custom logos.
  17. I tell you what. I don't really need 4 mats but I don't think anyone will sell me one, so what if I could get a deal on some specially stitched Scottish Scoobies ones, would anyone be interested?
  18. Stilletos! Ya fannies. I am quite a high mileage driver cos of commuting to work, so that is 20K miles they've seen near enough. For your future reference though, I'm a size 13. And you know what they say about men with big feet - 1) They have trouble finding shoes that fit 2) Stilletos are even more difficult 3) It hurts more when they shove their foot up your jacksie
  19. RHASHASRKHASLKRHLKH! The Subaru ones aren't worth the paper they're clearly made of! Well the 2 rear ones and the passenger one are fine because they're rarely used but my drivers one hasn't lasted a year without developing a whopping great big hole in it. Anyone know if I can buy just the drivers one from this set, or failing that where I can get an individual one from a quality set that will actually last?
  20. Congratulations Sharon. Or should that be my condolences? This saying always gets me by - Another year older, still not any wiser.
  21. Mine have arrived too. Probably put one on the rear. Other one is for my helmet for track days.
  22. Oh! The strathy one. Perhaps not.
  23. When and where Ricey?
  24. I went from 2.0 to 1.5 quite easily. But it does make the heart beat a bit faster.
  25. Grant, how is Tokyo Highway? I've got the original Shotuko Battle for the Dreamcast. It cost a pretty penny on import from what I remember, but I loved that game.
