  1. Your not a fool Jamie, you know that as well as anyone, I think the Tanned One was refering to April Fool, and has inadvertently offended you, which is Understandable but unintended. 3. Atmospheric dumping if you have an AFR will lean u out because the car has metered the air u are dumping, if you have an aftermarket ecu this can be compensated for in the map. My car get away with it because I have possum link ecu and it doesnt use a AFR it works on manifold pressure. But recirculating is the way ahead until u can map to compensate. Johnny Knocksville has my set up on his car, watch the vid , listen to the noise. Callum W

  9. For helping an electrically challenged mongolian heathen like myself put in my guages, listen to my inane banter, accept payment in tumshies, blether about tractors, and put up with me hopping from foot to foot clapping my hands like a bairn, bugger about hith his patio heater and chase his cat. Top bloke. Callum W
  10. It also depends on your discs as well, ie how good are they at dispersing heat. Bigger disc, heats slower, loses heat quicker, 294mm 4 pot disc heats quicker and holds it longer, 277mm 2 pot discs are just a nightmare. The redstuff pads are a harder compound so they cause more friction to get more stopping power, which as you can guess = more heat. I used red stuff pads witnh standard 294 discs last year at KH, pads wore out very quickly and created so much heat they warped and cracked the standard discs, and that was the safeish 5 laps out 5 laps in routine for brake preservation. All sorts of nonsense is spouted about brake pad compounds and unless you are trying to compete in the BTCC or have prodrives budget and an understanding bank manager then the big brake kits are way out of your price range. If you have 4 pots and standard discs go for the P1 pads from subaru. there not cheap, just as much as gucci fandango pads, but they wont cook your discs and boil your 5.1 fluid, and when enoughs enough they will let u know. If you have two pots, then try ferodo 2500, harder but still classed as a road pad, but you limited because of the mincey calipers. If you have slotted and dimpled aftermarked discs u can go a bit more wild but still watch the hardness of the compound. I think the yellw pads will generate too much heat, its your call Callum W

  12. Sung to the hymn, Will your anchor hold, the BB Hymn. Will yer engine hold in the dead of night, When the squirrels out front, and the corners tight, When the boosts on full and and the knock links red, Will yer con rods hold or end up dead? (Chorus)We have an a motors thats strong and bold, Subarus best be it new or old, mastered by the japs do you like the roar? we dont give a toss cos we won the war. Will yer engine hold when yer on the line, skyliner next to you but yer feelin fine, When the light goes green and you drop the clutch, Will the big end hold or is it just too much? Chorus Will yer engine hold when on the track, nuggets out in front so you throttle back, When the track is clear, and you nail the throttle, Will your fuel pump produce or lose its bottle? Chorus Will yer engine hold when your out in front, holding 7800 rpm diving like a c**t, When the coppers chase, and you go like joe, will yer piston stay seated or begin to throw? Chorus
  13. Miller 10 60 is great for the older cars, the thermal dynamic qualities of it are very good also, ie it will assist more with the cooling of the car as well. Because it is a top notch oil you can leave it for 4000miles between changes as opposed to 3000, I use it when I can get it Callum W
