andy has advised a few people recently to change the plugs to 7's prior to mapping. i can get them for £25 if you need them?

you will have 6's in your car at the moment. they will be fine. i have 7's and should be inserted before getting mapped. if your not doing that within the next 1000miles then theres no need mate. oil- MOTUL 15/50 is the stuff you want.

why not put the 225's on your rims? they cost me 90 sheets from jim dickson tyres in cumbernauld village. these will fit onto your car though, then go buy another tyre for 90 total cost £190 INSTEAD OF £360

Troops Another tracknight coming up a week on monday. 5th september. I understand this may be one of the last evening events of the year and should be good. This event is a great night for experienced trackgoers and also starters. I went last time and had a lot of track to drive at my own pace which was good. £50 pay here
