  1. No probs and thanks James like yourself I wont be able to make it as its Scotland at Hampden on the Saturday so there is no chance of me making the Sunday  Cheers Gus
  2. I'm not sure Baz, will get one of our dear members to try it
  3. I know who but dont want to name and shame ....and it wisnae me think you can find out by clicking on the "1 vote"! in the pole
  4. James I do agree with many of your points but on this one Knockhill only advised us on the 3rd August that there was the possibility of putting an SIDC stand on at the event. I didnt do anything more on it as I knew I couldnt attend and didnt have time to organise anything either so had advised others within the club of the opportunity to have a stand. Its now come back to me as there was no progress so, if you or others for that matter want to have an SIDC stand please add your name to the list in the events section for now and we can see what can be done Regarding other events, I think its unfair to say that we are "a bit last minute" as we generally have events up weeks if not months in advance and have a year calander which plots out our events for the year normally starting it off in January each year. Finally, on the "deleted posts" subject this will be addressed by the committee in an e-mail to Moderators so hopefully this will be the end of the matter Cheers Gus
  5. I've pm'd you on Ayrshire Scoobies and Aberdeen Scoobies Baz or was it the Falkirk Cruize site and garageowners.com
  6. They have been edited by the poster of the thread Steve.
  7. Eh............. I dont think that will be happening Steve and I'll be asking a few questions within the committee as to who has been deleting posts without any pm to the original poster as to why. Gus
  8. Paul I've e-mailed Knockhill to see if we can still get a stand. Will let you know as soon as I hear back from Joe/Gemma. I certainly can't make that date (as you know) but will put the wheels in motion if there is sufficient interest. Gus

  19. Hello Peter As said, it owes me nothing so could be wrapped up in the garage until things improve so looking like most would do that. ....and as you say, it runs and is there to be used when the time comes Whats the current state of play with your car?
  20. Thanks Johnny I know if I sell it I deffo wont find another in the same condition so, might just have to do as you and Paul have. Bloody annoying though eh!
  21. That is so true mate. I love being a power ranger though Catch up with you at the wheel
  22. I knew I would get that answer from you mate Its just bloody frustrating me that I cant be out there using it when I want to. Are you waiting until next year before yours rolls out again?
  23. As a few of you know, I've been thinking for a wee while about selling the RA as I'm just not getting enough use of it (well not as much as I want!) ie couldn't make Kames yesterday and sooooooooooooo wanted too and can't afford to go on any of the runs or to Alford and currently really only making it to a few shows ie Knockhill and Magnificent Machines. The question is, do I sit it out until finances are better (the RA owes me nothing so I could just park it up!) or sell the RA and the daily commute and buy one car that meets my needs but I can have fun with ie an Impreza Wagon or a Forester turbo? Simple question, if it was you what would you do?
  24. I've used Ace Tyres (Robert) on a good few occasions now for various cars. Always had great prices and efficient Service
