  4. I've had eleven since 1997 does that count Had the RA now for 4 years which is a miracle by my standards and have no intention of changing it

  6. McRae Stages is based in Aberfeldy this year, someone has made a typo
  7. Witness plus put it in the hands of an accident management company. They soon shit themselves and cough up Worked for me quite nicely this week with someone running into the back of Mrs D's van, the guy was trying to claim he never caused the damage. Ehhhhh dont think so ******
  8. Glad you went for the black and no gold bud fair braw!
  9. Magnex used to do a nice system for it Neil oh and a K&N 57i did the trick
  10. Nice one Neil I had the VTS model of one of those buggies a few years back. A hell of a lot of fun for hee haw £'s as you say. THe "pedals" nearly got me in bother a few times though. French folk must have strange shaped bodies
  11. Time to get the SIBC going again me thinks! Nice one Neil
  12. Baz, he would probably book a place with Calmac Ferries and end up in Stornaway Anyway, nice work Dave
  13. Yup, good old gun gum or as Johnny says any exhaust paste tbh and make sure the nuts you use are either lock thread or fit double nuts. That should see the end of your problem
  14. Neil, if your not using exhaust paste then you wont get a perfect seal, I'd suggest gasket and paste. Got a spare gasket here me thinks if you need one?
  15. G, sorry to hear you had to sell the scoob Gordon, but also glad you managed to get it shifted in the current market. don't be a stranger now and hope to see you doing donuts at MM in September Regards to Heather et al Gus
  16. entirely, I have tried quite a few on different cars over the years and the above are definately the best of the aftermarket bulbs for night driving
  17. No probs and thanks James like yourself I wont be able to make it as its Scotland at Hampden on the Saturday so there is no chance of me making the Sunday  Cheers Gus
  18. I'm not sure Baz, will get one of our dear members to try it
  19. I know who but dont want to name and shame ....and it wisnae me think you can find out by clicking on the "1 vote"! in the pole
  20. James I do agree with many of your points but on this one Knockhill only advised us on the 3rd August that there was the possibility of putting an SIDC stand on at the event. I didnt do anything more on it as I knew I couldnt attend and didnt have time to organise anything either so had advised others within the club of the opportunity to have a stand. Its now come back to me as there was no progress so, if you or others for that matter want to have an SIDC stand please add your name to the list in the events section for now and we can see what can be done Regarding other events, I think its unfair to say that we are "a bit last minute" as we generally have events up weeks if not months in advance and have a year calander which plots out our events for the year normally starting it off in January each year. Finally, on the "deleted posts" subject this will be addressed by the committee in an e-mail to Moderators so hopefully this will be the end of the matter Cheers Gus
  21. I've pm'd you on Ayrshire Scoobies and Aberdeen Scoobies Baz or was it the Falkirk Cruize site and garageowners.com
