  1. Are they tailor made, or general 'subaru' sized. Would it fit a P1 or a skyline inside for example?
  2. Yep, they have some good stuff and are usually pretty well priced 9depending who else is there of course !). Most of our office is kitted out with gear from them . We got an electronic white board from them last year for about £50 last year. About a grands worth normally!
  3. No connection to these guys, but am on their mailing list. Looks like a garage has gone bust and has a pile of body repair gear going up for auction tomorrow. Might be worth a look if you're in the area and in the market for some garage equipment. A few jacks and stuff for any home mecahnices amongst you... http://www.sweeney-kincaid.com/Sales/Photo...de=1&SaleID=642 If you get any good bargains, you can buy me a beer at the next meet !
  4. Aha, what's your best time though?
  5. Excellent!! . I've seen videos of 200mph scoobs in NZ, but didn't realise anyone over here was that close. How long was the run? Would be great to get the scoobies getting good results in all disciplines at TOTB next year. Underbody diffusers must be the next step surely??
  6. I'd probably have had them if they were a better size for a classic. I need a new set of tyres for track days
  7. Swap for an xbox ??
  8. LOL... I was going for smooth and fast rather than points ! Didn't think of doughnuts !! Good plan!
  9. Darn it, bang goes half an hour !! 9.698 was the best I could get . 133k points ranks me 13k !! Not very good, but need to get some work done !
  10. Think I left my phone at home today, so PM will be on it's way shortly. Dave
  11. So true !
  12. Some more pics here : http://www.tiscali.co.uk/events/2005/frank...ngcars/browse/7 Very nice I have to say. Definite test drive for me when it comes out I think.
  13. I heard it too (at Sighthill) and thought to myself - "that's a hell of a bike, it sounds like an F1 car !!!" He certainly wasn't hanging around by the sounds of things ! Wish they'd made it a bit better known though - haven't had my dose of live F1 this year
  14. I might be wrong, but I think the P1 exhaust is the same as any classic scoob - so all you need is a centre pipe from any classic. I have a fulll system from a classic sitting in my lockup, but it's got Zeolite's name on it at the moment. If you're interested, let me know and I'll chase Ian along and see if he still wants it. Cheers, Dave
  15. << did'nt Spinal Tap do a song about this ? >> Yep - classic film!
  16. Some info here : http://www.webreference.com/dev/gifanim/
  17. One of the guys I work with would be able to tell you, but he's left for the night. AFAIK you build them up in layers so it's effectively lots of gifs on top of one another, but what package you need to do it, I have no idea. I'll find out Monday for you if you like though (or possibly sooner if he checks his mail over the weekend). Dave
  18. !!! SHOCKING !!!
  19. << I thought this was going to be a thread about womens hygiene products. I'm sorely disappointed. >> I felt a similar disappointment when I read the 'mudflap' post !!
  20. No problem, nice meeting you Jase. As I said last night, I might be interested in getting my 19's refurbed - they're looking a bit tatty! Dave
  21. Had a shot of one my mate's PSP's this morning at work, and I have to say I'm impressed. Didn't think the game play would be up to much on such a small screen, but it was pretty good. Was just playing golf, but I was impressed with graphics and quality of the game in general I have to say. Not sure if I'll buy one or not, but very impressive none-the-less. Dave
  22. Another vote for Liam @ Glenburgie from me too. www.glenburgie-subaru.co.uk Dave
  23. I had one of the first SPV's and it was cack !! Used to lock up, eat batteries and was slow as a new age scoob !! . I heard the new ones were pretty decent so might consider it too. Saw an advert for a phone with build in sat nav last week too !!! Mental !!
  24. I'm not really fussed on the 3G stuff anyway to be honest - they just seem to offer good free min/text packages. Good to know their using the t-mob network though - that answers the coverage question at least. Just need to decide if I want to carry a house brick around in my pocket now !! Cheers Dave
  25. Weird - I sent you one around 9:30 this morning with my moby number . I've got your number now anyway and will give you a call later to arrange something for tonight. Around 9pm sound ok ?? I'm only a 10 min drive from you round the bypass. Dave
