  1. I got informed from my contact in Beauly.
  2. Ok well I do think the guy was wrong for taking a picture of the poor woman. He could have used the picture in a way that could have been detrimental to this unsuspecting victim. Perhaps to have the picture destroyed and a warning against this kind of behaviour would have sufficed. As for that photo of me I am away to call the smile police to report myself and if there is money to be exchanged I think the bank account number you need is mine for some mew makeup! Mrs Z
  3. Just got a phone call from the highlands. There is a convoy of German scoobs on the loose in Scotland. 10 of them are over here having a wee tour of Scotland. So lets show them Scottish SIDC hospitality if you see them oot and aboot.
  4. marky...That is totally unacceptable. You deserve a £200 pound fine to be paid into my account immediately. The viewing public deserve consideration and not have this kind of sick subject matter imposed upon them. pm me for the bank account number.
  5. link Am I the only one who thinks that this is just wrong? Why is this guy done yet paparazzi invade privacy all the time. Is the law an ass?
  6. Back home and we aren't bottom anymore. Hooray! Onward and upwards and I reckon we will give Rangers a fright in a couple of weeks. Super Livi there Gus. Bet you are on cloud 9

  9. ed Not sure what number you want but on the HP sticker there is Win XP Media 2004 product key I have been unable to do any recovery as it just stops at a pale blue screen.
  10. Quick reply here before I go and get some numbers. Nothing had been installed and I can't get booted from the safe mode. It is stuck in that DOS screen. I have tried to boot from the recovery discs I made but that doesn't work either. When trying to boot into safe mode it gets to the windows logo then flashes a blue screen very quickly before returning to the original screen. The machine is 6 years old BTW and no upgrades have been done. I figure that it is a hardware prob but what hardware?
  11. Seing as there is a lot of computer type techies on this board I am going to ask for some advice. I have replaced my HP pavilion with this new one (Dell Inspiron) but I would like to fix the old one especially as the new one is Vista and my work software will still run on XP (and will continue to for the forseeable). Anyway I have the sick one out in the garage and with the covers off waiting for me to start operating. Can anyone recomend a book/manual for a beginners guide to effing about with PCs and a friendly, newbie tolerant forum for any pesky PC questions? I still have to diagnose the problem with the PC but it won't boot up and blue screen crashes out of the windows startup screen and goes to a DOS style screen giving you start options. All of which return you to this DOS style screen. I can access the help menu but nothing makes any difference. So what should I replace first? Thanks all
  12. Good analysis of the decision here. analysis First GP I have watched all year and thoroughly enjoyed it for a change. there is nothing like a drop of rain to liven things up eh? I don't support anyone in particular but I thought that this was a fantastic race from Hamilton and showed that he is a true contender. I think he demonstrated his desire to win and the skill to actually do it. As regards the incident, and you can add me to the list of experts now John , Hamilton and Raikkonen were racing and Raikkonen forced Hamilton wide and off the circuit. Hard but fair I thought. hamilton gets back on knows he will be penalised so he abides by the rules , as we all understand them and lets Raikkonen back through. he had to back off to do this but he backed off just enough and was completely behind Raikkonen and so gets a wee tow which allows him to get the pass. I have seen this done in other formula and this has been allowed without penalty. This is racing and what the fans want to see. The penalty is unjustified and if you read the analysis above you will see that Hamilton has been penalised for leaving the race track. So why has he been the only one penalised? Raikkonen used the runoff area 2 corners later and many other drivers were off the track throughout the race including that chicane. This won't stand but I reckoon all they will do is reduce the penalty so that Hamilton gets 2nd instead of 3rd
  13. Well done Callum! I thought you handled the auction superbly and I knew you would take my cheeky post in a good spirit although I have no idea what you are on about in your post.
  14. problems? Of course there were going to be problems. The logistics of an event that size were enormous. All it took was one dodgy roundabout to feedback the delays down the line. However it is down to a superb organisational job that there really was only one problem and it was solved with a bit of time. Outstanding job. Outstanding event.
