  1. Take them out and remove the rubber. Then check them for any cracks etc. Also visually check the contact plate for corrosion. Johnny.

  9. Another prob could be a small pin hole in one of the rad tanks, espacially if it's still the standard rad. I had this and it took a bit to find it. try getting someone to rev it while you look at both sides of both end tanks. Worth a try, If it is let me know, i may know of a good rad for sale. Johnny
  10. Nope, still got the dvd, sounds awesome m8. Is it still running the same system and spec? Johnny.
  11. Can't believe i missed this post. Nice motah m8. I used to have a dvd with it featured. Johnny
  12. It could be anything m8. What do you mean it will dump loudly? Is it losing power like hitting a wall at 4/5k? Is the dump valve a VTA? if so i would get rid and go back to the standard recirc. see if that helps. Another reason could be your coil packs. take them off and remove the rubbers and check for bad corrosion on the ends or cracking at the tips. good luck m8. Johnny.
  13. Coulty's wasn't due to not flaring the pipes. One of his fuel pipes burst. Johnny

  21. Merry xmas to you all Johnny
  22. Also depends what you want it for, a toy for track days and fun on the road the ra is better but for everyday driving, commuting etc. the wrx has the edge. The ra has shorter gearing so it always revving it's n@ts off on the motorway, this combined with less sound deadening make it a lot less user friendly. Also the ra has dccd (if its the sti) which makes driving fun. But for me it would have to be the ra, easy. Johnny
