You could try taking it along to car shows, meets, various cruises etc. People at these events are perhaps going to be who you are looking to sell to. They will see, hear it, drive it? there and then. Or keep it and find your deposit another way. Good luck.

Noticed that I have gone from being an Established User, to 'non-member'.

Hi fellas. Is this upgrade as simple as just replacing the door speakers? Dont need to get an amp, or new head unit altogether? Certainly would like an improvement in the audio department. Is it worth it just replacing the door speakers. What all do I need to get speaker wise for this? Its a bug wrx. Many thanks chaps.

Im sure this version will sell anyway. I like the pic in white with the black wheels, spoiler etc. Looks aggressive. Once modded right it will prob look better. There will be folk, not neccessarily enthusiasts, who have driven subarus for years and will just upgrade. Alot of cars are looking samey now anyway. Would be interesting to hear if anyone has taken it out for a spirited session yet, and how it performs?

The white is nicer, what other colours is this going to be available in?? As said, bigger wheels, spoiler etc. Once someone gets one and mods it, it will prob make all the difference.

Update as promised. I obtained a zunsport lower grille in black, then got hold of an upper one few weeks later. Headed up to Renfrew to get them both fitted on a wed nite. Little did I know it would turn out to be a hard working and rewarding nite (for me anyway lol). Stewarty took off the oem grill, we noticed the sorry state of the oil cooler pipe and the horns, one of which wasnt connected. As below. So horn off to get painted up, hmmm , what colour? Lets try red for a contrast and see how it goes. Well why not brighten up the pipe as well then. With horns painted up. Stewarty fitted the lower zunsport grill. Note headlight removed... cos Id gone and decided to detango my headlights...about 2 hours later all done. Right then, zunsport top grille on and detangoed headlights back on. Time to stand back and see how it all looks. And a bit closer. Pretty pleased with the nites work, happy Id dot my hands dirty for a change and thanks again to Stewarty. I will post up some pics of the car out and about when I get a chance. Have ordered a nice new 'I' style grille badge. Cheers for now!

Wee update on what Ive been doing with the car. I took a few other pics of the car the night I had the prodrive spoiler fitted. Heres some from the early morning on the way home. I got hold of a pair of JDM fog covers. These are in the blue/black colour, but actually look well, black lol. They already had 'impreza subaru' on them in a silvery gold colour. I wasnt sure about keeping the lettering so they have since been removed. I appear to be going down the black and blue look A few weeks back started getting a noise from the left rear. Had it looked at, no play in the strut etc. Was going to be fitting some rear whiteline goodies at some point, so rear droplinks were fitted. Nice and manky under there. The noise didnt go away but is less noticeable now, so maybe thats done the trick. Im waiting on a rear whiteline bar to be available. Should be on shortly. Will update further later tonight.

were you in the van Neil or scoob? Thing is, i actually dont get it that sometimes I get noised up by other Imprezas. To me driving my Impreza is a bit about community etc and to see another one on the road is to see a fellow guy or gal who is into what im into, so mutual respect should be the order of the day. Waving etc, spot on. Ive occaisonally quickened up or slowed abit to get a gander at a fellow scoob, but to race up and drive like a c**t, f**k off. Like a certain blue blob wrx in camelon who drove so close to my rear end in the dark that all i could see in my rear view mirror was his big scoop stuck to me for a few miles before going into the shell garage. I turned the car around to go in and he was giving his blob a wash probably oblivious to his risky driving. Cheers.

Might even see you burbling by when your working down this neck of the woods. I had the zunsport front grilles put on on a few weeks back, really makes a difference I think. The actions of this driver were dangerous, not careless or reckless but dangerous. Driving like that tarnishes the Impreza image, and if they are members of a club or forum then that club could be tarnished as well. Rightly this should be posted up, they may read it and have a think about how they drive and react positively, or maybe not. If this driver is a member of another club/forum I wonder how fellow members of that club would react to his driving style??

Took my pal Debs along with me for the glasgow run last thurs so show her what we are about, going through it I glance to my left and shes got the mobi up videoing as we go. Thats the Tunnel effect.
