  4. Umm..... You may have to change me to a provsional yes.... Just realised if this is the 3rd weekend of April then I MAY not be able to go as I've just paid up for a mates stag do going abroad for 4 days and he mentioned leaving on the 21st Poo... I'll let you know for sure as soon as I know!
  5. Umm... Guess you'd best stick my name down as well
  6. Can do if you want Iain but wait and see what the weather's like first. Last thing wanna be doing is stood out in the freezing cold and rain in the dark trying to see what were messing around with. It'll be the first time I've had the scooby out in a couple of months so there's no rush getting it sorted as I'm just not using the car lately anyway Dave, you thought of Subaru4you, it's just a quick drop down the A34 to Newbury and you're there. They done the pipe on my scooby and defi gagues etc. Very helpful and not bad priced. Not sure if they do MOT's tho, but i'm sure you could book it in elsewhere later that day!
  7. Bugger, am at work this weekend
  8. Seems I'm coming from Devizes if you do need a lift then Perhaps it'll be easier for me to get you? Just a thought. I'll be there whatever
  9. Well there's been shed loads of snow here now. My 15 minutes into work took nearly a hour in the 4x4. The whole of Devizes is under 3-4" of snow, even the main roan through is totally covered and can't see any tarmac! Was funny seeing a rangerover pulling a tractor unit and trailer up the dual carriageway into devizes as I came out. And it got it up there, fair play to him!
  10. Afternoon all. Hope you've all had a good xmas and new years. Sorry not been on here as late, bit too busy down the pub and such, the joys of having a few weeks off work!
  11. I've set the ball rolling with Wadworths so watch this space
  12. Nice but it's not that different than mine, other than obviously being a spec-c... and less power as well Lol
  13. Yeah was going to try that if they'd let me, but I'll still have to send this months and next months onwards as they will be sending Dec/Jan out pretty soon.
  14. So as a birthday present to myself I went and brought a 6 month subscription to Total Impreza.. Only thing is the girlfriend has also been and done the same thing for my xmas present!!!!! And yes I am still in shock that she actually got me something I wanted !!!! Lol Anyway, I now have two copies of this months (Nov/Dec) magazine and going forward for the next 5 months, so if anyone wants to buy them please let me know. I'll just ask for the £23 that it costs for a normal subscription and then I'll cover the postage cost to forward them on. Cheers Pez
  15. am i right in thinking i need to park in the brunel multi-storey car park and then walk around the front. Is this place like next door to skywalkers?? Am I right? And can someone drop me a quick text so i have someone's number just in case i get a bit lost! Lol 07917834355 cheers
  16. Well I never thought I'd fall out of love with my new scooby... But I'm smitten.... Seriously thinking about putting mine up for sale at a silyl price just to see if it would sell for enough to allow me to buy this...... http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/adv...4&logcode=p Naughty thoughts get out of my head!!!!!
  17. Congratulation chap, I done my direct access a couple of years ago and glad that I went and brought a 600 as my first bike as I think I would of got bored with anything smaller quickly. I've got a V reg GSX-R 600 in Corona colours, took me a while to find it but well worth the wait. But whatever you do get BE CAREFUL!!!!
  18. I wasn't!?! Lol A few of the lads are going out in Swindon so was going to meet up with them and make a night of it, but am thinking now that I can't be doing with all that so will probably drive now so you can grab a lifft if ya want
  19. I've got a late 2007 hawk-eye and the service intervals are every 10,000 miles and it's a STI-Type UK. Running costs varies, mines remapped to about 380bhp so I'm getting anything from about 15mpg round town to 30+ sat on the motorway on a long run. Only done 5600 miles so far and the first 1000 mile service was free so can't comment on the service costs as yet. Only other thing I would mention, if you take one out on test drive and happen to turn on full lock don't be alarm if the car feels juddery, it's just the center diff. I panic when I first got mine and took it to Subaru just for them to say it's fine. And actually reading the owners manual it states that you may want to set the DCCD to rear to aliminate this. Pez
  20. Yes mate I should be there, minus the scooby tho as I think a few beers are in order ) What time is it we've gotta be there for?
  21. All being well I think I'll already be over there
  22. Good meet, drive to KFC was definately a laugh, poor cinema goers didn't know what hit 'um Lol Trip to Big 'D's on the cards to get the dump valve sorted out so no more 'fluttering' boo, but it's been bloody fun up to now I had a laugh on the way home as well… Coming through Wroughton a silver Audi S3 went the other way, span round the roundabout and came right up my behind. I stuck to 30 up past the chippy and as I reached the 60 sign gently pushed the accelerator to see if he would try to keep up. He took the bait and was right on my bumper…. That lasted a whole 3 seconds before I got bored and just floored it… By time I was at the turning for the air museum the poxy S3 couldn't be seen. I slowed up again going round the next couple of bends to watch him behind cutting corners trying to catch up again but I think he must of gave up after I left him for a 2nd time Lol Gotta luv owning a scooby Oh and it was good to see the long lost Stinger again!
