Evening parker chap, sorry rant was just a random rant about my sodding work changing my hours that was all. But yeah I know what you mean, I started using the forum just under a year ago and even from then until now it's a whole lot quieter. I'm kinda hoping it's just the time of year and not that everyone's ran off somewhere else. Ah the joys of parenthood hey, I have a hard enough job looking after myself and my scooby let-alone any mini-me's Lol Definately a good time to be thinking about getting another one tho as there's some bloody good deals out at the moment thanks to the whole credit crunch thing going on

Have to admit not been on here much, bit of a busy time of year plus I'm no longer doing shifts at the mo so dont get to lay in bed all day on my days off and constantly sit on SIDC Roll on March and off of days and back onto shifts again. Forgot how little time you actually get to yourself when you do a 9-5 job.... Well 8-5 for me at the mo. In the evenings all I want to do is relax and watch the tv then bed ready for the following morning. Then the weekend comes and it's off to see the missus, or go shopping or off out in the evening then spend half of sunday in bed then before you know it's back to work monday Shift work I get a whole 7days (Fri-Fri) off and only work 14 shifts per month so lots of time to myself to spend on here! Anyway rant over lol how is everyone, the new yea going ok for one and all so far hope?

lol yeah don't i know it. I was desperate for a scooby and really wanted a type r but thought for a year i'd get a cheap one to see me through until i had enough to get a 'decent' one. Saw mine on ebay at a cheap price, got it and have had nothing but trouble with it. So much for a cheap motor for a year. And all because i rushed in and got the first one that caught my eye lesson firmly learnt the hard way!

Matt glad to see ur coming bk to scooby ownership, just take your time as there's loads of motors out there at really decent prices so don't do what I did and just go buy the first one you see. I'm sure for that sort of money you should be able to find a near mint one. Dave boost controller ordered today, 3 port should be not far behind and then we shall see..... Considering you were running basically double the amount of boost I was then I think to get that on a even level you should be scared boy! Lol

yes the car's still running, just lookin on ebay for a boost controller and 3 port solinoid so can up the boost to what it should be making then we shall have to see who's quickest again lol oh and ha ha very funny. I made plenty of time all sunday long whoop whoop

was a ok but a tad disappointed not to get on rollers but lyk dave i didn't really fancy waiting around for hours on end with nothing to do. Was a bit chav'y with not alot actually going on :-( i believe Mr Ed got 266.6 but could be something wrong with the exhaust. My missus said yeah it's too bloody loud lol there was mention of sidc doin a day there early nxt year. Something which i think would be a great idea.
