i have a brand new walbro never used bought it to fit it but ran out of money for an apexi ecu if u want it

ordered a new apexi power intake caus i snaped the bolts on my old 1 got it delivered 15 mins ago from scoobyworld and its the wrong filter in the kit. does anybody know where i can get 1 from at short notice scoobyworld r not going to get them in for a coulpe of weeks.

got the gaskets for the manifold this morning so fitted manifold and took som pics its not completly built still got alot of work to do so this is the progress so far let me know what you guys think

i used a spanner on the upipe for the classic its a pain to do it but is do able.

i am a grade A moron i should not be let near a tool box without supervition have been racking my brains and said to myself they must fit so took off the caliper and disc and bam i left my socket on the nut for the dust plate so the disc was not sitting proper and was itting out a little at the bottom left 1 problem solved just need a set of wheels to suit the calipers

got the timing cover refitted just waiting for som gaskets to come to finish engine bay.

is there a difference between classic and newage 4 pots?

has anyone changed from the 2 pot front calipers to the subaru 4 pots. i have subaru 4 pots from a bugeye wrx but they don`t fit properly the pads don`t contact the disc properly at the edge of the disc there is a couple of mm clamping fresh air can i get biger discs to compensate for this

old brakes new brakes the new brakes don`t fit so its been a waste of time the caliper is about 5mm too far away from hub sopart of the pads don`t have contact with disc plus the wheels that i got off a sti ra won`t fit the calipers av scrapped the paint off the caliper so its going to b months bfore the ra is on the road am absolutly gutted will need to get a new caliper because i gave my ex mine because hers was siezed. the pads and discs r shagged on mine so buy the time i save the money to do this its going to b a couple of months everything that could go wrong has gone wrong am completely gutted getting close to a match and a gallon of petrol and start again

well had a bad day chipped the paint on manifold so had to remove and paint again no pics am too embarassed so wil get it fitted on tuesday and take pics of the finished engine bay. will get the front brakes on to nd get the pics on here

the paint is here for the manifold thats ma project for next week. the wheel bearing is finally done and am nearly finished the calipers. took some pics today

not 100% but think it could fit did you now you will have to custimise the exhaust to fit or cut a bit off the bumper. i had to with mine

the garage is a bunch of monkeys used them before never again. i will try baz see if he can do it.

i have removed the rear hub my dad was goin to take it into his work and get it changed but he is working away from home. can anyone on here do it as the monkey garages around me i don`t trust.

dought its the plugs or coils they would caus a stutter on acceleration, posible idle controlor maf i had a similar problem but mines also stuttered on hard acceleration and a new maf solved it. best look for any cracked or perished hoses and take it from there.

my m8 put an r32 kit on his golf and got them to put twin exhausts on it. i took the scoob and we went into ayr for something to eat and on return caught the guy tuching up the paint work where he took a chunk out the bumper then on the way home he my m8 foned and said he could hear a rattle so i pulled behind and the exhaust was hanging down on 1 side, pulled over and the guy had held the exhaust up way cable ties. foned the guy and he didn`t think the exhaust would get that hot to melt the plastic cable tie you have been warned.

inlet manifold removed and air con now removed waiting for the paint to come. will get some updated pics up soon ma ma maws new dog chewed the cable to pload the pics to my laptop.

the project has hit a snag been changed shifts at work so my funds have took a big hit so some of the tuning won`t be getting done till later in the summer so as it stands not sure what my funds will allow but it will b attending the next show at knockhill in may i am in the progress of removing the inlet manifold but weather and work is holding me back plus the high temp paint i orderd came but was clear coat so am waiting on white paint coming

its a wrx ra m8. seen you up at knockhill the other weekend looked good and quick on the track.
