  1. 321H should see circa 400bhp with the goodies you already have
  2. Thanks for the replies. I'm not mapped for it so will err on the side of caution and stick to 10%
  3. I've heard a few bodies down south running 12.5% without issue. Does anyone else use more than 10%? Don't want to blow up going round Knockhill! Cheers
  4. Cheers Arch. I can remember checking when I got it mapped a couple of years ago and all advice then was that it was the stuff to use if it was going to be tracked. Always keep an eye on the temp guage to make sure it's up to temp before using any boost
  5. Someone on another forum has mentioned the above may be too thick for my car. It's a P1 with a TD05-20G and supporting mods running with a mocal oil cooler. Got Defi's and the highest temp i've seen so far is around 85 degrees. I do most of the SIDC track days at Knockhill and was planning to do some Track Scotland days and maybe Hot Marques. Whats your thoughts? Cheers
  6. i've got the Godspeed Motorsport AP 355 kit, no mods required for that either
  7. Well worth the money and removes hassle of having the car off the road whilst yours is getting done. Not tried anything lighter but this comes with a strong recommendation
  8. WUZ does OE ones lightened and skimmed on exchange for £110 or £120 IIRC. I have one, it's 8KG, noticeable difference through the revs but still wouldn't know it had been changed for everyday use
  9. ESP in Glasgow are very good
  10. sounds more like a wheel needing balanced. Alignment/tracking would make the steering heavy or light and produce uneven tyre wear
  11. Seems to be a common problem with 5th, I changed to a PPG set up not long ago and know of a few others that have gone. I've got a Forge re-circ, V4 from Scoobymania. Andy F was impressed with the way it performed and i've had no problems with it
  12. keep pressing back until you get to the menu with display and settings. Settings, boost, choose the level you want by scorlling down until highlighted then back to the display/settings menu and go in to settings with your normal display and thats it. What happened to the P1 mate?
  13. had mine on for about 6 months, fairly stiff ride as noted above. Night and day between the Tein and P1 standard suspension that I though was quite good. Got mine on the softest setting for road use and it's fairly easy to live with. Hardest on track is great fun!
  14. No probs
  15. Place on South street are meant to be really good, think it's the trim repair centre. My mate is a valter/trader and he uses them quite often and always sings their praises
  16. Good clean shell, recent Hybrid front mount, decat, VF28, phase 2 440's, Apexi Power FC (no hand controller), immaculate BK racing 17's (gold centre with silver rim), clean interior. A mate is trying to shift it and it's got a 2.2 block which i'm after for a build. Was thinking about swapping my P1 STI block and selling as a whole but the climate isn't right just now. Never broken a motor before so want to make sure it's gonna be worth the hassel, I know it won't fetch much selling as a whole. Cheers in advance
  17. I'll have it! Why is it off the road?
  18. Thats mine in, well pleased. Big thanks to Craig, a true enthusiast who takes pride in his work. Would have no qualms leaving my car with him and will definitely be using his services again. Cheers mate Stuart
  19. Are they 2 piece discs i.e. bell and rotor? If so, I thought the point in having a 2 piece unit was to eliminate warping?
  20. I can only echo what the majority of people are saying, I think it would only result in regret
  21. Excellent Craig, will give you a bell tonight mate...
  22. I've heard that by removing the large one under the engine you can benefit from 2 degree lower oil temps. Mines been off for 3 years without any issues
  23. Should I be concerned here!?!?! I'm sure it will go swimmingly well!
  24. Cheers Colin, will try Halfords tomorrow and if i'm stuck give you a shout. Thanks for the other replies
  25. As above, needed for fitting Defi's. Will be going to Pirtek for clamps for FMIC pipework. Will they stock these or any other suggestions? Cheers
