I have entered the Scottish Hillclimb Championship in my Fiesta again this year.
I hope to do all the rounds (Doune, Forrestburn, Fintray)
The first rounds are at Doune on the 19/20th of this month.
IIRC there is nothing to stop you putting numbers on your car, it is the MSA (motorsport association) the requires numbers to be removed before competition cars are driven on the road.
I seem to be in the minority here but I like the graphics John. Something different
Great advice Euan! I gave it a thump and hey presto the light came back on again
I will take a note of the maplin website link Neill posted as well just in case.
It is dead simple to check the code on a classic see

If you are still not sure I could give you a hand
I think too much fuel tends to be the lambda, too little fuel the maf (but I could be wrong, it has been known)
Too much fuel is not ideal but its better than too little
There are always a few Mafs for sale on Ebay.
Halleys Subaru is selling them on there for £89
and someone is selling one for £27 (it is described as a 01/02 but it looks like a 99/00 to me)
You will need a security torx bit (one with a hole in the middle) to change it.
I am sure I read somewhere that the 08 WRC Impreza wont be introduced until the middle of next year so you will still have to put up with the hawkeye a while longer.
No Induction kit but I have been using a K&N panel filter which I see does not get good reviews so I have ordered a Green Panel filter.
I will give Auldy first chance at buying it but if he does not want it I will take it off you.
Mine (MY00 UK) also stopped working last week and I am now using a second hand one I got off ebay a while ago as a spare.
So can anyone confirm the dealer price?
If it is the same type as the MY99/00 UK cars then Scoobyworld sell them for £95 +p&p

I doubt that a dealer would be cheaper
