  1. Are we eating or just drinking? will definately be there as i have earned enough brownie points with the boss and know where the place is.
  2. Arrived yesterday, suddenly a lot more professional and a thicker mag. Good read.
  3. When the dealers have had a look, let us know the result as i am sure there is quite a few on here who would be interested.
  4. Believe and they will come. If it worked in Waynes World, why shouldn't it work in ours.
  5. Of course its special, it's your Scooby and a nice looking one at that.
  6. Sorry to hear your problems, i had something similar a while ago and in the end changed the battery, which solved the problem, there has been a history of Subaru batteries being rubbish and unable to cope with the demands of the car. It could be your alarm draining the battery or the alternator not charging it. I would take it back to the dealers and insist that you want it fixed this time to your satisfaction or you will be writing to Subaru UK voicing your disatisfaction with the quaility of their goods and the service recieved from your dealer.
  7. Got my first one this week, excellent mag, really enjoyed reading it and had an excuse not to talk to the misses for an hour. Thanks
  8. Drop links definately, uprated fuel pump for safety, and a sports cat downpipe made a huge difference to mine. Also get the geometry checked when finished upgrades.
  9. Always use V-Power, mines a JDM so wouldn't risk anything else, but at £1.19 a litre it stays in the garage alot.
  10. Keith Michaels are very good, exceptionally understanding when i first insured my Scooby, ask for Gary Molson. 0845 337 3380
  11. I was always told that the STi version 5 was the one to have, especially the suspension. I haven't heard about any particular weakness on this model.
  12. Mine hasn't got ant Subaru service history, as Zen performance do any work on the car now. I don't think it matters to much as long as you have got reciepts to show the work was done.
  13. Not sure if my oil warning light works or not, as i don't need to top up between services. I would get it checked if only for your own piece of mind. As i know from experience that a new engine is expensive.
  14. Scoobyclinic do great graphics kits and will also fit them if you get up there. They will also be able to help with boost controller.
  15. I now use Zen Performance who put Millars 10/40 in mine, plus always use a subaru oil filter. I used to get my car sericed elsewhere until 1 day after a sevice the engine went bang, wouldn't trust anyone but Zen with it now.
  16. Spoke to Stuart at total imprezza this week about something else, they are going in the post next week.
  17. Thanks for the map - things are looking good for Tuesday.
  18. My scoob hasn't been out of the garage for 2 weeks and is feeling lonely and forgotten, where is Grantchester and hopefully i will pop my cambridge meet virginity.
  19. Really nice car, but couldn't now afford the road tax.
  20. Subaru gets slaughtered by golf by over 2 seconds, the new WRX really is poo
  21. I've changed my battery, recharged my battery, when the battery was off the car for days at a time, jump started the car and never had any problems, no need to reset.
  22. Zen Performance fill mine with Millars CFS 10W40 fully synthetic and always use a genuine subaru filter
  23. When i went to RCM for a turbo problem, they suggested i got a forge recirc valve as they were more reliable than standard Subaru ones.
  24. What a nice looking wagon.
  25. Around Huntingdon, everyboby seems to wave.
