You did indeed John, lol was humming and hawing about the idea as you know more than the rest of us about the preparation of getting the car down mechanics ect spare parts so was alot to think about, but tied most of it down and to be honest this would not be possible if it was not for Stevie Whitson SW Motorsport and to Barry he doesn't know this yet lol cheers Barry. Also thanks for all the kind comments I'll need it let's get as much support as we can for this it's an amazing two days.

If your knowlege is limited on the Classic model, keep doing what exactly what you are doing just now do your research and you find a gem there is plenty out there still.. and if you can take some with you that has experience and mechanical knowlege of the Subaru the usal ensure HPI cleared ect..looking for old MOT and sevicing details is important in my eyes and even call the garage who services it..all this information can paint a big picture for you.. hope this helps. Chris

Got up this morning to the sounds of birds chirping and the sunshine blinding, had a nice cup of T and a bacon butty, gave SW a fone to get some methanol, went down to the garage and looked at the car and thought to my self it could do getting rid of a few cob webs he he spoke to MikeyB as he was heading up his pocket rocket. Headed up about 13:00 and to see mikeyb thrown the car around driving well not bad for a hairdressors motor, went and paid my 60 quid, and was put in group 2 out of 4 groups this group had a few evo,s sorry for the bad language the first session I went arount I was at the back of the group not for long tho caught up with the 3 evos and a car had came of the track so our session had ended damn. 2nd round this time I slotted my self inbetween the 3 evos and off we went first and second lap nice and steady then the 3rd lap unleash some suby power came flying into the hairpin and we were all together not for long opened it up and left the 3 of them like they were standing still we caught up with the rest of the group and was a bit of mmm spirited driving happening give the lead Evo some credit some cracking driving, all and all fantastic. Day roll in the next track day ohh was still only running low boost the joys..
-
All is well Peter with WL was in for an oil change and new areo catches car's running well.. , you should be finished your running in phase not long untill you turn up the boost and get that Grin factor on again .. best of luck

50'G for 400 bhp your having a laugh, the old stig would of driven like he stole it so in a nut shell pish
-
I would say deffo yes it all depends how you drive the car and it's purpose of use, there is some folks using them for the I have got gauges so for the bling, I deffo use them. When on the track oil and water temp important so it's a must to keep checking..when normal driving don't pay attension to be honest.
