ho ho ho yev had mair rebuilds than robocop ya satty sniffer lol
ffs get an engine in your car that lasts longer than a week
-
So there mite be no point changing the uppipe if its already decatted by default???
the standard up-pipe in your car is ideal mate,no need to change it
-
half expected a picture of nora batty when i clicked on this thread
looks like a standard unmolested example and all i can say is bigger turbo, injectors, fuel pump,de cat, methanol, more fuel, more advance, more air, boost yer brains oot ha ha ha
-
yea definately ticks all the right boxes john, this time last year simtek was the best option for me with the dual fuel
maps etc but would go for the solaris now if i was on the lookout for a good aftermarket ecu
-
seems easy,
is there a recomended make of gearbox oil??
im using castrol syntrax in mine, the millers stuff (crx ls) seems to be good.
-
yea thats about it grieg, your as good at explaining things as me lol
so just to recap bottom plug out to drain and then refill at the top plug, and if you want to be anal about it you can jack the car up at the front when draining to get the last drips out

that must be the full get yer boaby sooked while you wait service
-
Decent results... and a fair bit of scope for improvement once the next round of mods are served up.
What clutch are you running and how old is it??
Cheers,
Grant
graeme's using a twin plate now grant so no worries there.
dont think the car is running as much power as it should be for that turbo/fuel but will still give some of the bigger power cars a run for their money on the road
-
well done
-
if your looking to replace your fuel lines etc it may be worth speaking to alyn at as performance/trading.
i'm sure i'm using 8mm lines on mine but not sure if thats the standard size
-
no big deal really they're pish anyway
-

-
not really into big spoilers but each to their own.would probably look better if you
had the full wrc graphics too
-

had issues with the scoob or i would have been there too,and would have been sacrilege to turn up in a bmw
-
no offence intended john but they a bit silly with non gold wheels
yea tell me about it, that guy still isnt replyingI can get my finger between the caliper and the wheel and those discs look sooooo small in there too
Graeme
