Got me new wheels finally, Ive been after a set of these for ages... so got them on last night , and I'm well happy like! After that I ended up doing a photo shoot with my bro, from about Midnight to about 2:30 in the morning! My car and one their cars, along with me new camera, I'm well happy... [H] And yeah, before anyone says anything, Yes the car is mucky, but thankfully, the light seemed to cover a whole multitude of sins... [Y] Enjoy! Slideshow here...

Yeah, Loving me F1s - would fit them myself ANYTIME!!!! I just wished I had some fitted now, Currenly Ive Toyo Proxies on the front, and bridgstone Something-or-others on the back... Not really tested them out yet like.... but Not currently a fan, they are very noisey... just wait it out then fit me F1s on to them too! As for michelans, Ive never had a good set on any car, I know that I was running their winter tyres up untill yesterday (Ive been offshore for months, couldn't change them before now) the winter tyres are decent enough like - for what they are, but their supposed "sticky rubber" the pilots, I think are just crap... I had them on the scoob when I first got it, I hated them, couldn't find good grip anywhere, and they were worse in the wet... Belive me, no one hates Michelans more than me! So yeah...

Well I was on the phone to my mate yesterday who Lives in Barnsley, and thankfully, the bit that he lives in , (Barnsley has been hit and Sheffield has been hit really bad) has not been affected, think his family are ok also... that was a relief!

You know that I got a simelar look when I asked when my local station was getting pay-at-pump machines, and sure enough, they had never even heard of the concept never mind actually knowing when they were getting them... Even though Tescos have had them something like 2 years, Shell are waaaaay behind! seems only some stations are putting them in....

Talking to soem of my Libyan students who informed me that petrol in their country is 15p a litre!!!! If only we lived in a country that had its own oil! Well we DO have our own oil mate, the UKCS is full of the stuff* its just the government's tax regieme... thats where all the money is going anyways... * Not literally full, but theres a lot in there...

I was not used to that either, and flashed the wipers a few more times... lol just takes time mate... [y] stick with it mate, theres far too many scoobs out there that don't make the effort! [H]

aye, seems a bit E'rse aboot Face that online service, you can only tax a car, if you have a NEW MOT cert, but you can declare SORN online reardless, as, I did that on my Mini, thats been off the road for years.... And the fact that yeah, you can only do it 15 days early...? WTF? surely, you should be able to do it A WHOLE month early, to allow for the superior postal system amongst other things, as it is that website is only paying its way for half the month.... I really do hate government rules, made up by jobsworth civil servants, they live on trying to make you jump through many hoops to do the most simple of things.... But thats a whole other rant there... (and I'm stopping now before I get really angry...)

Aye, same here, 27 with 5years NCB (several years driving fathers car on his insurance) and Yeah, think its less than £500 (mebbe <£600)... but really cant remember...
