Yeah I saw this too john, in fact I was in there looking for one tyre that I was needing (sidewall damage) as the rest at the time was fine, and they refused to replace just the one, saying that they would ONLY replace all 4 on a 4WD car... (thats when he pointed out the 20% thing, like that was going to make me any happier replacing tyres that were fine!) and anyways, Ive vowed never to put michelins back on my car ever again, they just dont do what they say on the tin, ive never felt confident on them, its pilot primitives that ive got on just now (and one goodyear...) and when I change them off then thats the last time that rubbish is getting on my car!

I could be up for helping out too depending that nothing gets in the way like... [H]

But i'm also pondering the worried Look on Wuz's face trying to juggle Erin and the ratchet at the same time! [y][]

As someone has alrady said she had a big fright yesterday and said what was said in the heat of the moment. Can understand that like, I really can, having been in 2 bike accidents to date, (thankfully not serious) I know the kind of worry that can set off, but I'm sure that there are other ways to vent her feelings, instead of pointing the finger without knowing all the facts... Dont get me wrong, I'm not having a go in any way, it was a shock, even for us driving past later, with the bobbies there already, but the main thing is that your ok mate, and we can all move on from this like... [y] without the slander and accusations.... [] I do Hope everything gets sorted out ok what ever happened mate! whether it was standing water or a blowout it dont matter IMHO, as long as no ones hurt!!! [y]

well again the guy in the Drum station, (Same guy, must be the only one there!) reckons that someone had been badly hurt in the one with the elise afterwards but he was not sure... well I spoke to Steve this morning at morning Brief after word got about, and he said that one minute he was behind him the next he was not, and right enough it was enough of a bend that it happend on that he didn;t see it happen, too busy with whats in front... fair on I guess, at least some one did stop, Personally, the traffic fuzz were there, and no point in stopping for us like by the time we got past, and the car didn't look that beat up... but then again, I was too busy with the corner in the wet....

are any of them meeting up with us on the way down tho.....?

As a thought, what kind of stickers? and was it a newage or classic? I just remembered that I saw a car on Union Street, Saturday night, new age with full WRC graphics.... dont remember neons tho... only remembered not having seen it about aberdeen before... dont think that would have been it like.... I expect it was a classic, having neons? Just a thought...

I dare say, there are forums that are worse... I think that if you didn't have people that will come out and say things like this, then where is the banter going to come from...? although sometimes I agree some people can take things too far... I hope that your not just mistaking harmless banter for somehting more serious mate, as its VERY easy to take somthing that somebody says on a forum the wrong way... Besides If your happy with your car and whatever youve done to it, (and IMHO, its a fantastic car! You and Russell have done well with it... [y][]) then why are you bothering with what others have said? more to the point why are you pushing for people to talk more about it... mentioning the view to reply ratio...? mebbe people have nothing to say... I have to say that for all the "bad" banter ive been surprised by the positve reponse to both my cars, the shed and the new one... people are not all bad...
