Thanks for all the kind words guys, I love her to bits... As for the Shed... Twas an emotional moment clearing her out and handing over the keys... But alas, the Shed is gone... So I dont know whats going to happen to her, But I saw her today sitting in T&C's compound round the corner from the garage, and yeah, I dare say thats the last that were going to see of her, I think that Gavin mentiond Overtons, but I dont know if her was joking or whether he was being serious... To be honest, I would have loved to keep the Shed She's been a great car to me, like Grant says, She showed spirit, but it just wasn't viable any more... She wouldn't have passed her MOT.... No Danger IMHO.... [:'(] As it was I only got £500 for the Shed, but when I asked how much they would knock off the car with no trade in - £250.... Bum... So really it had to go... [] The new one... Like I say a few Niggles, which are being sorted under warranty, there is a world of Stonechips all over the car, which you dont notice untill you get up close, I'm getting a Paint pen when they get one in, they dont keep Mica Red in stock (obvious reasons) but the thing that I wasn't too chuffed about, was that I found Corrosion on the roof, Instantly I had visions of the rust on the Roof of the shed, its only really bubbling at the mo, but its ready to get much worse, again thats going to go into their bodyshop to get fixed, under warranty... Happy with that... And I have to say thank you to T&C's parts Dept, I got a tracker Fitted, with £100 off the price!!! (£199 down from £299) Only thing is I found out afterwards that Direct line and Privilige (both part of RBS group) wont insure me for theft with this particular tracker, which sounds very odd... Was Speaking to Kev today too, and he was telling me that there has been some cash put into this car, new brakes all round, inc. front Callipers, and the timing Belt has been changed, seems that the belt was a few teeth out of sync.... No damage to the engine like, and everything is hunky dory... [y] And as for Mods, Not sure if I want to mod it for some time meebe the first year, then I can say that I know what I want to do, but I think I will wait tand see how I feel a litle way down the line, the first thing I want to do is replace the Sterieo, and disc changer, after that wheels, and mebbe a backbox which I think I have provisionaly... so that might come before the wheels... Anyways All in all I'm happy with the car, She Goes Like stink, and she looks AWSOME!!!!! []
