Mines working fine - replied within 20secs.

Sounds as if you have a constant drain on the battery from something.

Will put the jump leads in the car for tomorrow

Had a second false alarm at 2am a few days ago! I hear there's an issue with some 2008/2009 cars - will need to get that looked into at my service next week.

On the plus, both me and the missus phones had text alerts - it was them that woke us up not the alarm haha

Don text both UK and Italian numbers no reply.

Emailed metasat and optetrics and received an email back saying they haven't had a response from my unit in a long time.

Got my email address added to the account thanks to Tom at optemetrics so at least know when it runs out

They fixed the top up bug now but there is a problem with the sender unit
