ScoobySounds Posted June 13, 2008 Posted June 13, 2008 Now that my car is fine i went and fit these mudflaps, and I really rather like them, although i've just noticed the left rear ones a bit squint. the trim in my scoob interior is yellow so i'm going to theme-out the bits and peices in yellow, like getting yellow samco hoses for the engine et al. anyone know where I can get a yellow badge made for the front? I couldn't take a decent pic though, tips from experts welcomed! oh - and the second photo shows where I had to drill a new hole in the metal - is that safe, or is that the fuel tank?
gus the bus Posted June 13, 2008 Posted June 13, 2008 Not seen them with the yellow graphics before. Nice n different
paulc555 Posted June 13, 2008 Posted June 13, 2008 looks like a stunning motor mate.....although I cant visualise yellow themed interior.......tell me you've not got yellow piping on your seats...?????

ScoobySounds Posted August 2, 2008 Author Posted August 2, 2008 cheers John!! did you just sand and paint your original one? noooo no no no no no x 100 I didn't think I'd be up to that.. I got it from an eBay seller who makes custom badges, gave him my specs and he did a first rate job, but before I could leave him feedback his account was taken off eBay! very odd. top job, for a fiver! canny complain! ..so while all you guys are getting your ppg kits and 2.5 conversions, there's me planning my next mod of a yellow STI badge for the boot lid.

Get yellow centre caps on yer wheels too. Edited August 2, 2008 by stevenhiggster

Gee Wr1 Posted August 3, 2008 Posted August 3, 2008 Think the colours go really well together bud, nice to see someone making a break from the normal colour schemes.
ScoobySounds Posted August 4, 2008 Author Posted August 4, 2008 Yellow racing stripes! two big yellow stripes up the bonnet, over the winscreen, across the roof and down the back! nice and subtle! hehe. i like seeing graphics on other scoobs, but I don't think its really, er, .. me. who's got photoshop to hand?
stubaroo Posted August 7, 2008 Posted August 7, 2008 Scoobysounds, How did you remove the old badge? I don't want to break anything. And how did you attach the new one? Going to get a new blue one from scoobyparts. A nice tough me thinks.
