Change the wheels over today (standard Sti 17" fitted with 225 x 45 x 17) and the tyre rub. They miss the inner strut at the rear by mm but they foul with the body work. Rub slightly . Do I / Should I get the edge of the arches rolled to allow a couple of mm clearance or should I up grade to STi suspension (thus preventing the wheel to travel so far up) or forget it and just put the wheels back in the garage ?

What would Martin, or any of us guys know about those kinds of brushes???? [] I must say that the little scouring pads from ASDA (14p for5 ) work fine. Never cleaned my wheels with them just the pots !!!

Good question as they are very tight on a UK Turbo classic. In fact so tight that I was feart to drive it , so I was considering upgrading the suspension then running bigger wheels. Would 225/35/17 fit without fouling on standard suspension?
