If these stolen cars have been taken from the Weirs directly, then I won't try and pretend that I'm unhappy about whats happened. Couldn't happen to a more deserving bunch of individuals IMO. However, if these cars have been taken from another dealer who will have to claim/foot the bill for replacements or even worse, private individual(s) who owned one or both of these cars then its a real shame and I sincerely hope that they are found quickly and still in the condition they were lifted in.. Cheers, Grant

Would love a Z4M Coupe... a lot like the one that the guy who recently posted up here about changing for an Impreza had?? Imola Red with CSL 19s........ BIG fan. The Roadster is a little camp, but it'll be easier to hear the engine with the roof down and nothing beats going for a blast with the wind whipping past, the sun beating down on you and a huge blue sky above you. Cheers, Grant

The GSi came with 3.0 cams as standard, thats partly what boosted the power over the 'normal' V6 in the rest of the range. I actually quite like the idea of a facelift GSi Estate as a smoker for the dog... can't think it'd be cheap to tool about though. Cheers, Grant

£2500ish if its a good one... Cheers, Grant

This will DEFO have been asked (maybe even by me?!), but I'll ask again, what have you done to your tail lights Brian... it almost makes the rear lights of a Hatch Impreza bearable!! Cheers, Grant

Thanks for the comments guys.. I am pretty pleased with the car to be honest, puts a big smile on my face the way it is. Will stick up some more pictures once I've had a chance to give it a proper clean and polish, all I've done since I bought the thing is to give it quick wash overs, then get back out driving it again!! I said that I wouldn't use it much and that it was a toy........ but the novelty hasn't worn off yet, so its been used almost daily?! Glad its mint underneath Frank, always a bit of a gamble buying a car without seeing it on a ramp!! Rich, it'll probably see the track at some point mate... but it'll need uprated suspension, roll bars and brakes etc before I can think of that happening, its on standard stuff just now, which is a little close to its limit as I found out on the way back from Crail on Sunday!? I 'tested' the standard 4-pots to their absolute limit and they came through, just.. So, it'll defo need uprated stuff if I'm gonna be pinging around Knockhill lap after lap. Cheers, Grant

Happy days then, when are you heading through?? If I'm around when you drop it off or pick it up, then I'll fire up for a blether and no doubt some banter from Stu and Breh-nn. Cheers, Grant -

Hows the car stand just now Kev, is the engine in bits... or has it just let go and is all still bolted together?? If its in bits, then I'd fire it back together (not properly, but just enough to appear normal), remove the ECU and report it as a non-starting fault.. when the guy comes out, I seriously doubt that he'll be ar$ed to check over all the electricals etc and will just put it on the flatbed and take The Nouveau Ninja through to ShedMotorsport for you. Cheers, Grant -
Yea your time was impressive, you were one of the few boys that seemed to give his car some proper stick off the line too... couldn't believe how many 4WD cars were pu$$ying about and crawling off the line at what sounded like 2,000rpm?! Go hard or go home, thats the best way!! The wee mans grin was MASSIVE mate, we commented on that as you were rolling up to the line, he looked like he was seriously enjoying himself!! Cheers, Grant

lol @ complex.. that word makes it sound serious and motorsporty. You not got AA cover? Or have someone you know with AA cover who could say they were a passenger when it stopped working, then they can get it recovered for you? Cheers, Grant -

Stu being a lazy fooker and not coming to you Kevman... terrible chat, tell him to get his finger out and head to Perth in his taxi!! Cheers, Grant -
Hopefully nothing too difficult to remedy Colin.. the car looked to be performing well to me, but then I'm not familiar with something of that level, so might be well off on that assumption!! Cheers, Grant

Skyline turnout was cr@p, the EVO boys seemed to try and get in on the act, but to be honest... it was always all about the Scoobs for me!! Great to see the Colin/Chris showdown, the noise and performance of those cars is absolutely amazing. Sorry I never got to meet everyone, maybe next time....... and I don't think that I'll be able to stay away from the 1/4 mile next time something like this is on!! Cheers, Grant

Did anyone dip into the 10s today?? Lowest I saw was Chris hitting an 11.3 @ 130ish I think... plenty terminal speed to hit a 10, but looked difficult to get the power down. Was awesome to watch Colin and Chris go head to head!! The EVO boys put up more competition than the Skylines today. Was good to say hello to a few familiar faces too. Congrats to Scoobykev, has the bug bitten? Do you think you'll wait as long until your next trip up the 1/4 mile? Cheers, Grant

Looked very clean, had 18" RB320 copies in Gold and a set of Blue Mudflaps. Cheers, Grant

If anyone is wondering what the weather is like before leaving... I'm in North Fife, not far from St Andrews, which isn't far from Crail... and while its a wee bit blowy, its bright sunshine and dry as a bone just now. Just waiting for my buddies and we'll be offski. Cheers, Grant

Planning to come through for this, probably leaving mine at 10.30.. so will be through for 11ish I think. Cheers, Grant

Haha, well the ride on the STi Hawk was pretty bollox as standard.. but with the Teins fitted, I thought it actually got worse!! Cheers, Grant

Thanks buddy, mainly replied to the thread to back up Melly as he's a low-poster on SN and people might have been inclined to take his comments with a pinch of salt... but I'm keen to tell everyone what an incorrect advert that Phil had written, specially guys like RBaz that was planning a trip from France!! Cheers, Grant

If I was in your position JayDubya, I'd sack off the Newage... get yourself a cheap runabout to hack to work and back then get heavily involved in some Classic Impreza ownership for the weekends/fun times. Cheers, Grant

Tein look ace, but the ride is sh!te on Hawkeye STi that I had... would be going Eibach if I had to do it over again. Cheers, Grant
