my commander seems to be telling me that my water temp runs at between 86-92 ( has reached 96 a couple of times ) does this sound a bit high then if you guys are quoting 78 for normal use?? i want a fancy thermo too, will have to add it to my wish list!

quickfit have done a few for me with no probs ( as long as its not on the edge) but expect the usual ......can we do a break check for you, looks like your alignment needs checked etc,etc,etc but other than that they are fine for it.

nowt wrong with the ignis, had a swift gti a while back and loved its little ar$e off. 130 bhp but felt like a lot more. some bl00dy dithering lady with a nice cheap insurance premium decided to chage the highyway code one day with a nasty result for my swift. if i could really justifty a second car it would be an ignis or an mx-5. best of luck on your scoob looking

ive seen the evo but not heard it run, they were just fitting a buddy club voltage condensor/stabillizer when i was last in. sweet looking motor and no mistake. be nice to find out how the got on with the buddy club unit?

im prob going to get the oil from extreme motorsport in whitburn. They have suggested an engine flush and are going to charge next to nowt for it to get done so i think im going for it. any one had a flush? i think they use stuff called forte??? cheers

I get an amber sometimes on changeing up from 3rd-4th and 4th-5th but thats down to transmission noise (I think) Neil ........ im the same, having just had power fc fitted and mapped by andy f he said that i may get knocklink activity on a gear change due to transmission noise. so im glad its not just me

according to the tuning tips in gran turismo 4 ( not the best bible for tuning i admit) another drawback is uphill performance. as less energy is stored in the flywheel, this has an affect on uphill pull cos the engine speed will drop a bit more. but cant comment myself as ive not done any of these mods. edited as ive just noticed the man swiggi has already said this....ooops....i hate mondays

get a friend to buy you some Andy F gift vouchers, then you simply cant go wrong laddie, that turbo looks nice but you would be left playing with your self during spool up tho
