I do not think this thread undermines anything, it is always good to see and hear about what others are running with and how they rate it. At the end of the day there are alot of people running different turbos so alot of info can be gathered from this........................Not many "tuning companies" will have had hands on experience of running day to day with every turbo that different members run. What about threads asking what tyres to go for????....................are they going to undermine tyre outlets??..................did'nt think so. [] All im saying is!............ Greer sport have recomended this chap uses turbo x for his aplication. that they will apply along with what ever other modifications needed in there experience is sutable for the job, By coming on an open forum and naming the company and asking if they are right or wrong in there choice is clearly undermining! A. to Question is!!!! Take the advice of which ever subaru specialist you have chosen to do your modifications. I think post like this undermine companys in the tunning game Or do reserch before-hand, id imagine recomendations about which turbo's ect, are specific to you and your cars needs! Paddy

get your ass to AWD MOTORSPORT IN PERTH, They will give you a package that suits you and your pocket, The majority of cars that AWD have built and tuned have proved themself on the 1/4 and are not just pub talk figures and fantasy, some places will just take your money only to disapoint with the end result, you dont have to shell out a fortune to have a quick subaru, this is where knowledge and experience come in to play and i believe AWD are very qualified in this are. Theres my old impreza which was tuned at AWD, now in the good hands of Brian, aka WRXMANIA, It did not cost a fortune to tune and set it up, although it was not cheep, however it was done right, and has beat many a car on the 1/4 mile which has had twice as much money and work done to it and maybe more. Theres one on pistonheads for £8700 and it hasnt sold at that. Granted it may a totall bucket upon close inspection, where your car is mint apart from yer wheel bearings and a few probs you have had with your geometry at a certain tyre firm. The engine leting go not long after you bought it, that was just bad luck. Anyway its fixed now and runs sweet as a nut[] So id say the car is worth more to you, so lay low over the winter, get the nigles fixed and prepare to have a blast at the first light of summer.[]
